Filing Procedure
The places and Players in the Game are found everywhere in an overlapping maze. In addition, the amount of information seems endless. Therefore, it will be necessary for the researcher to check all folders when researching any one item. An effort has be made to make searches easier by the trail system.
Most files are stored in the Stacks and listed in the Card Catalog. In addition, appropriate references to these files are posted along each Trail.
A file name ending with "trail" lists the files on that subject in the stacks. Examples are feintrail, brntrail, goldtrail. bogtrail, frau4trail, etc.
With this organization stabilized, it is hoped that as information is posted, it will be readily accessible. From that point, investigative reporters should find an irresistible trail to a breaking story.
