Annual Financial Report

Governments at all levels are keeping a double set of books.

This process has probably hidden funds sufficient

to bail California out of its financial crisis.

We people should open our eyes to our losses.

The powers in control removed the C from CAFR. It is now AFR. (Caffer is now Affer.)

Doug exposed CAFR in 1998

Walter Burien's new site is CAFR1, under construction. Burien is credited with the discovery of the (C)AFRs for we tax payers.

Apparently goverment officials have removed the word "Comprehensive" from CAFR.

Burien is credited with the discovery of the CAFRs for we tax payers. He's the guy who really blew this mess out into the open. It is highly recommended that you buy his CDs. He deserves a few bucks for his commendable work. Besides, those CDs have the original scoop before any more cover up could take place.
