Linda R. Condron – 1st judge. On 7-23-02 issued warrant for Nichols' arrest.
Randolph Rice - 2nd judge. Held first court. He certainly could have know and should have known.

Kevin Skelly – Principal of Saratoga High School. Said good things about Nichols. (Falcon 4-5-02) Skelly stated that he hoped the allegations against Nichols were not true. Steve McCue – Art teacher at Saratoga High School, openly homosexual. Students wrote slurs with lipstick. McCue complained to the Merc, who published an article on the subject. (Merc 4-5-01 p 1B)
Michael Davey – Social science and PE teacher at Saratoga High School.
Mark Tiafaro – Water polo teacher at Saratoga High School. Kuyat inquired about Tiafaro.
Dave Schirtzinger – Tennis coach at Saratoga High School. Disappeared. Skelly stated that it was best that Dave left. (Falcon 4-5-02 p 4. There are two issues with that date.)
Mike Navrides – Resigned as athletic director in spring, 2002. (Falcon 4-26-02) Mike said good things about Nichols and that he enjoyed working with him. (Falcon 4-5-02)
Bret Yielding – Spanish teacher at Saratoga High School. Said good things about Nichols. (Falcon 4-5-02)
Falcon – The Saratoga High School newspaper. They do not always check their sources, but write with great authority. Mike Tyler is the teacher. (408)867-3411 ext 222.
Karen Hyde – Assistant Principal. “ ' [The administration] is getting information from the same newspapers [that everyone else] is,' said assistant principal Karen Hyde. 'Nobody that I know on campus has been in contact with [Nichols].' ” (Falcon 9-27-02 p 7) (Falcon 12-20-02 p 5). It is possible Skelly forced her to speak only as he spoke. Hyde knew that Nichols was homosexual, repulsed him and wailed loud and long to Skelly. The students in the In-house Suspension heard. Hyde had her boy friend pick her up at school. The students noticed.
