Note: This is NOT a threat, as stated twice in the CO2 cover letter. This is merely a statement of fact.
Note: The original draft that was sent via certified mail was CO2. Minor revisions have been made, the latest being CO5, or Court Order Draft, 5th revision.
In April 1998, Forest Glen Durland put Washington, DC on notice. By certified mail, return receipt requested, the CO2 documents were sent to key people in our federal government. All certified return receipts were received and filed by Forest Glen Durland. The recipients sent to were President Clinton, Vice-President Gore, the leaders in Congress, the Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court, and to the chief judges in the federal circuit court system, putting them all on notice.
Forest Glen Durland became thoroughly disgusted with the rampant destruction of our Constitution and decided to do something. A dedicated father and grandfather, he refused to sit idly by and watch America vanish at the hands of the IBLs, leaving his family in a world of economic slavery.
No laws were broken. No threats were made. But the whole truth from an honest viewpoint was made very clear to our leaders. The only way they can say they did not know will be to out and out lie while holding guns to many heads. And that, by the way, has actually been happening.

If you really want to make things happen, write your Congressional Representatives and endorse the CO5 Docs of Forest Glen Durland. The more of you that write them, the better. Call them.
