An act of near treason was committed by our federal government when they closed the KID Headgates, shutting off the water to nearly 1500 farms in the Klamath Basin. Forest Glen Durland has initiated action aimed at the top in an effort to stop this crime.

Thoroughly documented, the Klamath Basin Document (KBD) put the situation into writing. The initial document was mailed to Chief Justice Rehnquist at the Supreme Court in Washington, DC. via Priority Mail, Certified, Return Receipt Requested. Tailored to fit the recipient, the document was mailed the same way to the White House and Congress.
