Initial letter to Chief Justice Rehnquist dated 1-15-02 - This the first KBD letter sent and was mailed to Chief Justice Rehnquist. This letter was adapted and mailed to our leaders listed below.
Klamath Basin Document-Supreme Court (kbdsup) - This was the document initially mailed to Chief Justice Rehnquist. Personalized adaptations were mailed to the President Bush, Vice President Cheney, Senator Daschle and Congressman Hastert.
Correction Letter send to Chief Justice Rehnquist dated 3-6-02. Since I have not received the Certified Return Receipt from my mail to Rehnquist dated January 16, 2002, I sent this Correction Letter by Registered Mail, with only Rehnquist's personal signature permitted on the Return Receipt. See Follow Up below.
Initial Letter to President Bush dated 2-27-02
Klamath Basin Document-President (kbdpre) - adapted for President Bush. The identical document with personal names and titles adjusted was sent to Vice President Cheney, Senator Daschel and Congressman Hastert.
Correction Letter sent to President Bush dated 3-6-02. I sent this Correction Letter by Registered Mail, with only Bush's personal signature permitted on the Return Receipt. See Follow Up below. Identical letters with salutation and title adjusted were sent via Priority Mail, Certified, Return Receipt Requested, to Vice President Cheney, Senator Daschle and Congressman Hastert.

When the Cox Report on Chinagate is posted on the Internet in ASCII .txt format, a long list of Congress Critters that are NOT eligible will quickly surface.

Follow Up
Today, on March 7, 2002, I have not received the Return Receipt from the Certified mail sent to Chief Justice Rehnquist on January 16, 2002. A complaint was filed. Nothing. So I filed a Fraud Complaint. It appears that my receipt may have been shredded by the post office people at the Supreme Court. Now, I do not expect the Supreme Court to handle everything, but I will not accept their breaking federal law and shredding the mail to me. So I sent the last Correction Letter to Rehnquist and Bush by Registered Mail with only their personal signatures permitted on the Return Receipt. I am interested to see if it is possible to report flagrant violations of our Constitution to our top leaders who have the power to correct them. Forest
Today, on April 2, 2002, I have received at letter transferring the complaint to another department. I have received nothing from Rehnquist.
