Justice Rehnquist:

In an effort to save our Constitutional Republic for my issue, I have become familiar with the plight of the 1500 farmers in the Klamath Basin in southern Oregon and northern California. My extensive research shows that the federal government is errant and totally unconstitutional in its action there.

The Misprision of Felony law dictates that I must report this gross violation of the Supreme Law of our land. I sincerely hope that this same law will warrant action in your high court regarding this most serious crime.

Three cardinal points dominate this case:

1. The Constitution of the United States limits federal government control and use of land. To consider other arguments is to violate the Constitution.

2. Treaties are inferior to the Constitution of the United States and have no standing here. No bird, animal, insect, fish or plant can cause government to steal a farmer's land and rights.

3. People have the right to be let alone.

In an effort to help the farmers, I wrote a well documented thesis, but a knowledgeable friend told me that I will be jailed for Obstruction of Justice if I insist on the Supreme Law of the Land in the district federal court that is ruling this case. This action, if it happens, will be tantamount to treason. It will be a page out of Hitler History. But I feel powerless to fight it.

This predicament assumes alarming dimensions with the realization that so go the Klamath Basin farmers, so goes America.

Years ago I wrote that we had lost our court system. It is no longer available to the masses. Expense and time generated by ridiculous laws and rules of procedure move the court system out of the reach of those who need it most. In addition, far too many judges have forgotten the Constitution, a grave omission tantamount to treason. It seems that our schools of law no longer teach constitutional law, a sad condition for the legal profession and our people.

To me, Justice Rehnquist, the Supreme Law of the Land is that trilogy consisting of the Constitution of the United States, the Federalist Papers and the rulings by the Supreme Court of the United States. Having always been a law abiding citizen, the blatant disregard for these historic documents is very difficult for me to accept. I do want to do something to cause a respect for the Supreme Law of our Land, but am lost when seeking the path to confront the powers above me.

Hence, I am appealing to you as a last possibility of saving our Constitutional Republic. Understanding that your court is in the appellant category, I noticed that the Supreme Court of the United States initiated action and removed Clinton's law license permanently after the Arkansas High Court rescinded his license. It is my humble request that you use this precedent and initiate an action to save our country. It appears that I am unable to use the Constitution of the United States and our court system for this action, certainly not in time to save the farmers. The water should be flowing in March, 2002. Most of the farmers are in desperate need of money to compensate for the losses inflicted by our federal government. [2]

1. Forest mailed this 14 page document by Priority Mail, Certified, Return Receipt Requested on 1-16-02. After waiting for 32 days, the document was moved on 2-18-02 to a location where all could read it. That site is listed above instead of the unlisted site sent to Justice Rehnquist.

2. Forest erred on the opening date. The dates to remember on opening and closing of the Headgates are

Open on April 15th. That's unconstitutional tax time and should be easy to remember.

Close on October 15th, two weeks before Halloween.
