Dear Justice Rehnquist:
In documents mailed to you on January 16, 2002, there were several errors in dollar amount. Corrections follow.
Only One Billion Dollars ($1,000,000,000) was demanded for the Klamath Basin farmers. That figure should have been Ten Billion Dollars ($10,000,000,000).
The error was in the first part of the KBD (Klamath Basin Document). The rest of the document was correct in that respect.
The error was also in the two Magna Cartas, American Style. Corrected copies are enclosed. Please note the update date of 3-6-02 at the bottom of those documents.
The KBD stated that every dime of income tax goes to pay interest on the national debt. That has been corrected. The first 2/3 of income tax is either wasted or lost. The remaining 1/3 goes to pay interest only on the national debt.
I have not received the Certified Return Receipt from the mailing of the above documents on 1-16-02. I am in the process of determining why. What I have heard from those who know the routine indicates violation of federal law by the Supreme Court of my country. This is very discouraging.
If you should be interested in what was mailed to you, you will find it, thoroughly documented, on my website. I did not post the documents until you had time to respond. But when no response was received after 32 days, I went public. The cover letter for the above documents is also there.
