This thesis presents the only permanent solution to the Klamath Basis problem.
The Constitution of the United States has been grossly violated by the federal government by its control of land (and water, which runs with the land and always has) other than post roads, forts, etc. This violation is tantamount to treason, for which two federal judges and four agency heads must stand trial.
This thesis is intended to be the brief for that court case.
By working with the district attorneys of the states involved, the 9th Circuit Court can be bypassed on the way to the Supreme Court. This thesis must be presented in full, unedited, to Chief Justice William Renquist at the Supreme Court of the United States. This action will enable Renquist to rule on items of his interest.
