KBD - Klamath Basin Document. This is the version with all the documentation hot linked. This is the basic document sent to our national leaders in Washington, DC. If anybody asks where you got it, just send them here. The documentation is ten feet deep, fertilized and watered. And the federal goons can't turn this water off.
