The Constitution limits land control by the federal government. The federal government was intended to have NO authority over our land and water. Period. That is the main point and the only point. Arguments need go no further than that. That must be our final stand.

To negotiate is to violate the Constitution, approve that violation, and lose.

When government refuses to obey its own laws, it is a dictatorship like Nazi Germany, Soviet Russian and Red China.

So what do we do?

Start by sending letters demanding that Congress return to the Constitution. We must put them on notice.

If our elected and appointed public servants refuse to obey the law, two choices remain.

1. We lose our liberty by doing nothing.

or

2. We defend our lives, liberty and property as our Founding Fathers expected us to do.

In my 32 years of research, this is the only practical answer I have found.

This research applies to all private land and all federally controlled land in this nation other than post offices, post roads, forts, docks, arsenals, etc.

All my work can be stated in one sentence:

“Hey, you Guvmint Guys, quit violating the Constitution!”
