California's Supply of Surplus Water Shut Off from Colorado River. State Must Now Find Ways to Cut Its Consumption. Farms threatened. Big cities overrun with illegal immigrants and the welfare crowd are now looking at taking farm water. That means less food grown in the US. That could mean importing more food.
