Ellison's Christmas Present to You

"Oracle Chief Executive Larry Ellison said Tuesday that he has donated Oracle software to the U.S. government to create a database for national security."

While Larry Ellison can't tell us how his Oracle database will be used, I can:

The government is developing an all-encompassing network to link databases of information about Americans for use in identifying every individual when conducting financial transactions, interfacing with government, receiving medical treatment, and traveling. For "system security" it will utilize the "Public Key Infrastructure" (PKI) already under development by the US government (in conjunction with private enterprises), and will be modeled after the newly-implemented military ID smartcards.

I have affectionately code-named this new system the "Security and Identification Network" (SIN).

When the next appropriate "opportune occasion" presents itself, the final SIN will be sprung upon a willing populace demanding government-provided "protection" and "security".

The SIN system will be built using existing data collected and maintained by state department of motor vehicles (which include digital photos and all other relevant identifying information), banks, taxing entities (including private taxable transactions), insurance agencies (including medical records), and credit reporting agencies. All information will be linked using the single "unique identifier" common to all of the above record sources -- your social security number (which is also now routinely forced upon uninformed, defenseless children at birth).

The reality is that the National ID is already here and has been for years; it is your drivers license. The only thing lacking -- until now -- was the ability to "tie" your driver license information to all other databases containing your most personal and private records. This task can now be accomplished, thanks in no small part to Larry Ellison's "gift" to government. (In fact, it would not be at all surprising to learn that Oracle's database program was donated to the US Department of Transportation.)

Government will continue to lie and tell you that it is not contemplating a National ID system. All the while, the "Insiders" -- including in particular the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA) -- know full well that we already have a national identification system in place; one they have been knowingly and surreptitiously developing on the sly for the past twenty-plus years.

The lies began with the assurance that Social Security Numbers would never be used for "identification"; in fact, the original cards even stated as much.

Then, we were told that photos on driver license were to "protect" the ~owner~ against fraudulent use (such as cashing checks). Gradually, the chemical-based photos phased out and new technology using digital photos was implemented. Most people were not even aware of the change (another trick). The "Insiders", however, were quite aware of the "benefits" they would realize from digital driver license photos.

While the licensing agencies continued telling the public that the photos were to protect the owner, behind the scenes the AAMVA was telling licensing officials

"The AAMVA recently began a project to standardize identification means when issuing driver's licenses." ... "Advancement in technology now gives the ability to produce a digital photo driver license. These documents offer advantages over the old photo technology. Central electronic image storage makes access to the pictures and information much easier." ... "With a central image database of every driver in a state, the public safety community has a ready-made storehouse of photos to be used in criminal investigations. Due to the electronic nature of these images, they can be obtained in seconds via a computer retrieval unit in the department or even faxed or thermal printed directly to the patrol car. These same images can also be brought into a photo array for suspect identification. ... The uses for these images are limited only by the wants and needs of the public safety community." [Source U.S. Department of Transportation, NHTSA, The Highway Safety Desk Book, mid-1990s.]

Next, were told that, in order to crack down on "deadbeat dads" who skip out on child support payments, every single person in the United States must submit a Social Security Number in order to obtain any license, including marriage licenses, hunting and fishing licenses, business and occupational licenses, drivers licenses, and even death certificates. But behind the scenes, the AAMVA was telling the licensing agencies that "social security numbers should be collected and used by each State licensing agency for purposes of interstate driver identification, and it is further recommended that the AAMVA maintain close liaison with the U.S. Department of Health Education and Welfare and the American Association for Vital Records and Public Health Statistics to enable driver licensing administrators to keep abreast of progress in vital statistics and public health records and the birth numbering system designed to meet needs in that field." [Source Guidelines for Motor Vehicle Administrators, Driver License Applicant Identification and Licensing System Security, U.S. Department of Transportation (NHTSA) in cooperation with the AAMVA, 1979.]

Whereas the AAMVA met with resistance in Congress whenever efforts were made to implement the above goals, they used surrogates crying "help the children" to carryout their dirty deeds.

And finally, in order to secure access to, and control over, driver records, the "Insiders" again got surrogates to push for adoption of the falsely named "Drivers Privacy Protection Act" (DPPA); Yet another lie and deception.

The "deadbeat dad" laws were used as proving grounds for linking these items of information. And the "Driver's Privacy Protection Act" provides the legal "authority" to implement the system.

The Bible tells us

* "Then Satan stood up against Israel and moved David to number Israel."

* "And God was displeased with this thing, so He struck Israel."

* - I Chronicles 211 and 7

It now appears that (according to Bush) Satan has stood up against America. And, it appears that some unknown "force" has moved Bush (et al) to number Americans. What do you suppose the consequence might be?

Ellison donates software for U.S. security

Oracle Chief Executive Larry Ellison said Tuesday that he has donated Oracle software to the U.S. government to create a database for national security.

After the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, Ellison has championed the need for the United States to create a national standard for identification cards. During his keynote speech at Oracle's OpenWorld customer conference in San Francisco, Ellison said he has delivered Oracle's 9i database management software to a U.S. government agency for national security, but he declined to give further details, such as which agency or for what usage.

-[snip]-

"There is cooperation (among government agencies)," he said. "But there's a lot of data fragmentation."

During his news conference, Ellison added that a national standard for identification cards is important for national security reasons. "Our existing ID's should not be easily forged," he said. "Credit cards are based on a set of standards, why doesn't the government?"

Look in Your Wallet - You already have a national ID. It's called your driver's license.

"For all intents and purposes, your state-issued driver's license has become your de facto identification document. Financial institutions require it to cash a check, retail outlets ask for it when you use a credit card, and the airlines demand it before you board a plane. But for all its common uses, the driver's license was only designed to do one thing permit you to drive a motor vehicle. As a recognized authority on the issuance of secure driver's licenses and other identification documents, the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA) believes it's possible to improve and secure driver's licenses without creating a second national ID card. Our efforts will require changes in state and federal legislation and funding. These changes will support our plan for a nationwide driver's license framework that will enable state officials to verify, for the first time, whether an applicant has been issued a license in any jurisdiction. Without this electronic real-time network linking all motor vehicle driver databases, we cannot be assured that all drivers are legally licensed."

New military ID is fully loaded

If the United States ever requires citizens to carry a national identification card, it probably will look something like the Common Access Card that Army Lt. Col. Gilbert Brown picked up at Picatinny Arsenal the other day.

In November, the military began issuing 4 million of these "smart" cards, a form of electronic ID so advanced that Brown and most others in the armed forces don't yet have any idea what it can do.
