Prior to making any quick decisions, I suggest you study the following legislation.

The legislation necessary for a totalitarian regime is complete and in place. Known as STW (School to Work), it is a scheme for total control of society and economy. Only four tasks remain to be done: Remove the suspension of EO 13083, control the Internet, remove the guns from the people, and set aside the American Congress. Of these tasks, only Internet control and gun confiscation present any challenge and will most probably be completed by Y2K (Year 2000).

Under the guise of helping our children, the STW legislation is now complete. Years in the making, it was designed in complicated segments that only a few in Congress recognized, but they were not heard. The segments can roughly be described as

1. Programs, EOs (executive orders), rules and regs (regulations) - Tied together by STW.

2. G2K (Goals 2000)

3. OA (Opportunities Act)

4. WIA (Workforce Investment Act, the latest version of the Careers Act) - recently passed by a handful of Congress. (Why only a handful?)

Only implementation remains.

1. The first and easiest will be removal of the suspension of EO 13083 that trashes Federalism. That may be accomplished under the cover of National Defense secrecy. EO 13083 eliminates the 9th and 10th Amendments of the Bill of Rights and gives federal agents and agencies power OVER all lower governments, including, of course, state governments. The infrastructure is in place.

2. Control the Internet. A thorn in Clinton's agenda, he must control that avenue of free speech. Some work has been started, forcing ISPs to register. Expect much more soon.

3. Removing the guns from the people will be difficult. I expect Clinton to use the back door and remove the ammunition. Work in this area has already commenced. But history reveals that prior to every dictatorship, guns were removed from the people, leaving them defenseless. Expect a lot of action in Congress soon in this arena in preparation for us gladiators.

4. Through NES (National Emergency Status) Clinton already has the power to set aside the American Congress. So, that will present no problem. But to fool the people, the correct opportunity must present itself. Here, again, I see no problem. Clinton will simply create his opportunity, for he has total control of all that is needed. With control of the media to condition the people, control of the banks, and control of government computers and operations, it will be no problem for Clinton to create a national emergency, screaming computer failure in the year 2000. A world wide economic crisis can be caused. (Yes, this is documented.) And poof! The people and their country are being saved by President Clinton declaring martial law to hold everything together until the panic is resolved.

Now, before you label me a kook conspiracy theorist, I suggest you examine what is already in place. Look at the facts. Analyze the laws you have passed, or allowed to pass. Look at what is actually in place at this time. I wish they were not there, but they are. And knowing Klinton, it is necessary to examine the legislation Congress passed by looking through the eyes of Hitler, always asking what Hitler might do with that legislation. That was how I took EO 13083 apart. America has a serious problem, folks. STW is Hitler's 4th Reich. Make no doubt about it. You must carefully read all of the legislation comprising STW.

It is interesting to also note that legislation is on the books to control the masses, complete with over 100 prison camps. These exist, folks. For some reason Congress will not report that to us people out here on the ground. Nor will they tell us about foreign troops on our soil, troops who might shoot at Americans.

There lurks in the shadows another danger. Clinton could be impeached, leaving Gore as President. Because Gore does not have personality scandals, people could be told that he will clean up the White House. Therein lies the danger. Other than the superficial sex scandal, Gore is as bad as Clinton and will continue his dirty work. All the while the people will again be lulled to sleep by the controlled TV.

And Hillary is even worse. All Washington insiders know that Hillary Clinton is running the U.S. government from the back room of the White House. Yet co-presidents are very illegal.

You now have a critical choice to make: To allow America to become the 4th Reich under Herr Klinton; or stop it, biting the bullets of Hillary's 900 FBI files and prison time. If you have kids and grandkids like I do, you will save the Country. That is what I am doing.

I suggest you start by resurrecting Bob Barr's Bill to permanently dismantle EO 13083. You will find it in the wastebasket of the House Judiciary Committee, where it was killed. That bill will deal a lethal blow to Herr Klinton. Barr's bill is essential. Clinton could hide suspension removal of 13083 in a fat bill or under the cover of national security. Barr's bill will stop all that nonsense. Then get us off NES - the National Emergency Status supposedly reserved for war. We are at peace, in case no one told you. We have been on NES since FDR. Next, dig up Ron Paul's bill to get the U.S. out of the UN and the UN out of the U.S. and pass it.

Another curious fact needs attention. The 9th and 10th Amendments in the Bill of Rights, which Clinton is trashing, clearly state that Congress may not legislate where the Constitution does not state. So what is Congress doing legislating the STW scheme affecting education? The entire mess is unconstitutional from the start. And you guys swore to uphold that Constitution in your oath of office.

You could do us people a great favor.

1. Organize a House group called the STW System Group.

2. On the House Internet page, create a page called STW System.

3. Hire several analysts

a. Analysts must be loyal to us, NOT Clinton, Clinton and Gore. Put some legal teeth into this.

b. Post the main laws of the STW System on the Internet in TEXT format so I can use it.

1) Goals 2000 of 1994, School-to-Work Opportunities Act of 1994, and Workforce Investment Act of 1998, etc.

2) Each file should have a hot linked Table of Contents. This could be done after posting.

3) Post the version Clinton signed, the version I am living under. Finding it is a severe problem.

b. Create an outline of the laws that I can understand.

c. Determine if control of the masses is the real goal.

d. Determine if damage is done to child and home.

e. As time permits, add the federal programs, rules, regulations and executive orders involved.

4. The laws could be posted in 10 days for us to read. Time is critical.
