Up Index
As a research tool
Many tedious hours have gone into the Heads Up Index. Without this
index, many important items would be lost. Until I can write a
program that will systematically search though each issue, this index
is essential.
It can be used with three approaches.
1. Look up items or names that are of your interest.
2. Look through its alphabetical contents for items of interest.
Most entries include a hint as to content plus the issue number.
3. Go to the point of interest and read Doug's discussions. His
brilliant thoughts will open your mind to new avenues, an essential
ingredient in research.
Heads Up contains many names and places in historic context that
are invaluable to a researcher. This information can then be used for
extended research in other source books.
Doug Fiedor will be glad to supply additional, limited information
