In 1909 they called child labor "little workers" of course this was outlawed. But its back with new flowery names but it is the same old game with other appalling twists.
Ever heard of The Workforce Investment Act or Small Learning Communities (really school to work) and OBE. If you haven't you will. Make No Mistake About It These Programs are Going to Control Our Lives if we sit by.
It starts with the pitiful Outcome Base Education a failure at every level. Then it is School to Work or they call it "Small Learning Communities" where our government schools picks the "track" or "life time career" for our child in 8th Grade. Yes you read that correctly 8th Grade. Just like Europe just think some folks want to push us to be just like Europe. Didn't our forefathers escape the tyranny of our fathers to come here no matter what the price?

I have nothing to gain from send you this except hoping to save my children and your children's the theft of their god given rights to a good education's, to be able to choose the career they want and to be able to switch jobs or careers if they want. These new laws taking affect are going to change life, as we know it in America forever if left unchecked.
Because the way it sits right now they will be telling you what to think, telling you what your job or "track" will be and ultimately telling you where you will work. Your "Career Mentor" (really a School to Work Rep" will "guide", I mean push you in the career they have selected for you. Don't believe me? Read on.
The Maple River Coalition explains in detail how these programs will take our children's future away and possibly your current job if you're young enough. They expose the subtle details of how the New Curriculum undermines not only our children's future but also the very freedoms we expect from our Constitution and Bill of Rights. A friend thought I was a nut about this subject until he listened to twenty minutes of a Maple River Coalition tape. He bought the set the next day.
All of the terms in these new education documents from these highly paid consultants are honey coated until you scratch away the honey to taste the bitter pill. I can tell you they have gone through all of the published documents with a fine toothcomb. They have written the best documents your tax dollars can buy. But let me tell you for sure that they are not interested in America's best interest. According to the CCE it is the world that counts to them we are just a "nation state". If we don't do something about it we will be a nations state.
Profiles of Learning, that is what they call it now. It has gone through six name changes. This is a psychological profile of your child's beliefs, attitudes and values not just their test scores. These scores are shared with many people they are not private. Not my words get the tapes find out where.
School to Work or "Small Learning Communities" is being enacted in Major Metro areas first. Of course the minorities get it first. Did you know it is not against child labor laws to have children under the legal age work if they are participating in a "school program"? This is a convenient way to skirt the law and obtain cheap labor and Rob Children of an Education. By the way, School to Work espouses that any education beyond the job requirement is a waste of "resources". By the way, we are not people anymore we are "resources". Your children once put in this pigeon hole will never be able to get out.

Thank Bill Clinton for passing The Workforce Investment Act, A PLANNED ECONOMY, it did not work in Russia and it will not work here. We all will take tests for the State to Determine if we are worthy of our jobs.

They explain the double speak of flowery euphemisms of education uses to deceive and manipulate us common folk. Example the CCE says education no is "Higher Order Thinking".
When asked what exactly is higher order thinking the answer "Beliefs, Attitudes and of course Feelings". Objective education has nothing to do with curriculum. When it comes to human rights we all think of the right to liberty and the pursuit of happiness. When they the private consulting group who wrote our national curriculum describes human rights they use the International Human Rights decree not the US version according to the Constitution. Groups making government policy belong to NGOs (Non Government Organizations) they never have to face a voter period. They are making national policy for our children. Not my words their words
