ANSWERING TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITY

In 1979, when I was just beginning to strike the first feeble blow "for liberty" inside the Phoenix Police Department, it was as if I were completely alone. It was lonely indeed to be the first to speak out and ask for fellow officers to stand up and say NO to the Officer's CODE OF SILENCE, to unethical, unlawful and unconstitutional orders or activities on the part of our brethren and/or government.
In those hard first years of severe pressure and persecution from my own department and from state and federal police agencies, God gave me many blessings. Specifically, He brought to my side "angels" from the private sector in the form of Theresa & Bob Huebner. Soon after, another "angel", the first and very brave police officer from Mesa, Arizona, named Rick Dalton. Even while watching the persecution I was undergoing for my stand, this dear brother, jumped right into the "fire" with me. These few great Americans helped me take to other officers and soldiers a strange and seemingly new (but actually very old) idea, one that had long since been forgotten by many: namely, that police officers and soldiers should know, understand and live strictly by their sworn oath.
That oath outlined our duty and responsibility, not to the "majority", not to "the system", but to every one of the SOVEREIGN American people: to protect and defend the People and the Constitution, EVEN, if necessary, from an out-of-bounds governmental system.

This past August, my dedicated staff and I were absolutely ecstatic to learn of a lone, brave, young American soldier by the name of Michael G. New, who was standing up against the entire anti-God, anti-Freedom, anti-American United Nations, and at the same time, against the Socialist, globalist members of our own government. (Michael is a 22 year-old medic with the Army's Third Infantry Division stationed in Germany.) For me, after reading the fax, there came immediately a familiar old sense of loneliness and persecution which I had felt a decade and a half before while on the Phoenix Police force. I read the memo and stopped to thank God for the courage and example that this young soul was exhibiting to his fellow soldiers, .o the American people and his country. I could feel deeply his loneliness and fear of the unknown, as he stood in service to his own HIGHER AUTHORITY, and in opposition to the United States globalist agenda.
The two firings which I experienced so many years before because of my stand for the Constitution flashed through my mind. I said a quick prayer that now today it might be different for this young man. But, alas, on the 10th of October brother Michael's unit was ordered to fall out for formation in the uniform of a foreign power, with UN cap and insignia. Michael declined, and appeared instead in his usual U.S. Army greens. He was immediately sent to HQ to await the consequences. What Michael knows and is not afraid to demonstrate, is that the United Nations is a pro-Communist, world government organization which has as one of its main goals the destruction of every free and independent nation, the U.S. included, which he and you and I swore to serve and protect from all enemies.
Having met Michael's father, Mr. Daniel New, in Texas last month, and after having interviewed him a number of times on my international short wave radio program, I now know where Michael gets his strength of character, his love of country, and his great spiritual dedication. You see, Michael is a Christian and knows that he must answer to a much, much HIGHER AUTHORITY for his actions here on earth. This young man will be all right, because he is going to DO what is right, regardless of the consequences meted out to him by the much lower authorities within earthly governments. As a tribute to this wonderful, strong, God-fearing, American hero, I cite for you the very words this soldier spoke, which placed him in direct contravention to the entire Luciferian world government system. Here is what Army Spc. Michael New said, and the questions he asked:
- "I took an oath to the Constitution of the United States, and I can find no reference to the United Nations in it anywhere." - "I am not a UN soldier." - "It is not clear to me why I have to change my uniform in order to represent my country." - "By what authority can you transfer my loyalty without my permission?"
The Army's first answer came from Michael's Lieutenant: "Well, soldier, you enlisted in the Army, and that oath you took was to obey orders from your chain of command and we're saying, 'WEAR IT!"'
About those orders that were to be handed down later in October, Specialist New said, "I told my superiors that I am an American soldier and will serve as a medic where I am sent and will seek to help my fellow soldiers. But, I am not going to wear that uniform. I believe they (the UN forces) are a foreign government. For the same reason, I won't wear a Russian uniform or salute a Russian flag."
Michael says that in one sense, he is not alone. ". .many other soldiers agree with my stand, and are very frightened about what has happened to our military and country. But, they have wives and kids and retirement to consider, and are afraid to speak up."
(I remember hearing the same excuses from law enforcement, as we started Aid & Abet Police Newsletter in the early 80's. "I can't stand up and speak out about these immoral, unconstitutional activities; I've got to think of my family, my retirement". But what we all better start to understand is this: If the globalists do succeed, none of us is going to want to live in the Godless, totalitarian, slave state that will be the result. You'd be hard-pressed to call it a life; more like bare existence. The government has meant to create dependency, locking the people in by means of welfare benefits, retirement and pension plans; these are the chains that will
