Letter to Judge Stewart

Dear Judge Stewart:

 

While serving on your jury about a year ago in the Saldizar case, I was impressed with your sincerity. It is for that reason that I have chosen to call you. I had hoped to present this matter to you in person, as you may find the truth so bizarre as to be unreal. Please believe me. I am well documented and sincere. I am a family man with his head on his shoulders and his feet on the ground.

 

Judge Stewart, I need help in my desperate attempt to save this country for my children and grandchildren. My bold, yet simple, plan will involve at least one county judge, a federal judge, and at least one county sheriff. Everyone and everything must be perfectly legal. In fact, this plan will stop brazen violations of our federal Constitution.

 

The idea originated in Big Horn County, Wyoming. Sheriff Dave Mattis has successfully stopped federal agents at his county border. Armed with a court ruling and our federal Constitution, he stated that rights not given the federal government are reserved for the state. Since most federal agents have no constitutionally legal right to exist, he told them to see him first. In a phone call to him in August, 1997, he stated he had received no argument from the federal government. Precedent has been set.

 

America is being destroyed by a ruling elite group that chooses to remain unseen. The documents supporting that statement are voluminous. OUR government is brazenly avoiding OUR Constitution to tighten controls while increasing taxes. My research shows that disaster could fall on America this summer. (I sincerely hope I am wrong.) But if it happens, hell on earth awaits my family.

 

Extensive research shows that the international bankers (governing elite) have planned three world wars. The final war, World War III, his yet to mature. It is my well documented opinion that WWIII has already begun in Bosnia, right where it was planned. If allowed to develop, it will be a holocaust that will make WWII look like a Sunday School picnic. The stage is set. The world is armed to the teeth with nukes. The world economies are collapsing. OUR military has been constantly and covertly developing prison camps and horrible weapons to control civilians, all of this done in times of peace. Flying saucer technology has most proba-bly been developed by OUR military. This summer could witness WWIII exploding to international dimensions.

 

There is a simple, practical way to stop all of this nonsense. And that method just happens to be what our Constitution instructs Congress to do. Congress must CREATE needed money and CEASE borrowing. That is the vital truth. To stop the secrecy and regain control of our country, we must cut off the free money the billionaire banklords are stealing from us. The first step is for Congress to create needed money. That move will cut the ruling elite in two at the belt. But it necessitates getting the attention of Congress. It has become apparent that this will require a 2x4 along side their head. The mainstream media is controlled by the gov-erning elite, so another method must be found. Well, one thing that will wake Congress is to cut off their income. And that can be done. The trick will be to have MANY people do it simultaneously, spreading the plan by word of mouth. If only a few people act, OUR military and armed federal agents will imprison them as "traitors". All action must be NON-violent and legal. All we want is our country and our Constitution back.

 

But I have been unable to get the attention of Congress. So, that must be the first move. And that is where the judges and sheriff come in. Reams of documentation in my files support the fact that the IRS and income tax are unconstitutional. People pay because of fear and ignorance. So, all people must cease paying income tax. Believe me, Congress will respond. Congress can create needed money to finance our government, but no more. My plan is outlined on the back of this letter.
