A listing
Back in the early 80s, I detected lots of concerned, patriotic Americans who were confused about the general subject of jurisdiction. People did not know about distinctions between judicial jurisdiction, territorial jurisdiction, agency jurisdiction, etc, and I decided to educate them about some of these matters and raise their level of education. One matter I decided to educate them about was federal jurisdiction via Art. 1, §8, cl. 17 of the Constitution. On my own time, I read better than several thousand cases, eventually cataloging about 500 of the most important. My list of such cases, segregated via jurisdictions, is posted in the following files on my web site:

<http://home.HiWAAY.net/~becraft/JURISDICcir.html>

If you read the file regarding the Supreme Court cases on this issue, you will find links to the cases posted at FindLaw. I also have a brief about federal jurisdiction posted at my site. May I suggest that you read this material so that you can acquire an education, which you obviously need.
I was also the party who located the 1957 govt report on this subject, and that report is posted at another excellent web site:
<http://www.constitution.org/juris/fjur/fj0-0000.htm>
When this report was located, Bill Benson re-published it and made it available to interested parties. This educational project occurred back in 1985 and 1986. It is my opinion that this effort to educate people about this important subject matter was successful and lots of people know about this issue because of my effort.
Most people, due to no fault on my part, simply stop their legal studies with just this "1-8-17 jurisdiction" and fail to continue. However, federal jurisdiction is expanded via treaties for many areas of law and I have studied and written about this issue; see this brief posted at my web site:
