Winiwebagoshish or White Oak Point Reservation EXECUTIVE MANSION, May 26, 1874 It is hereby ordered that there be withdrawn from sale, entry, or other disposition so much of the following tracts of country as are not already covered by treaty with the Chippewas concluded Febru- ary 22, 1855, and set apart for the use of the Pillager and Lake Winne- bagoshish Bands of said Indians, viz: Commencing at the point where the Mississippi River leaves Lake Winnebagoshish, it being the beginning point of the second tract of land reserved for said bands (Stat. L., vol. 10, p. 1166) ; thence north- easterly to the point where the range line between ranges 25 and 26 west intersects the township line between townships 146 and 147 north; thence north on said range line to the twelfth standard paral- lel; thence west on said parallel to range line between ranges 28 and 29; thence south on said range line till it intersects the Third River thence down said river to its mouth; thence in a direct line to the place of beginning. Also. all the land embraced in township 143 north, range 29 west, in the State of Minnesota. U.S. GRANT.
