Preface

to the

LeRoy Donnelly Collection

of Executive Orders

LeRoy Donnelly has done, and is doing, a scholarly job of collecting all of the Presidential Executive Orders, under various names, complete with source listed. Coming soon will be the complete EOs written by Hoover. The tediousness and required preciseness cannot be overstated. The importance of the work will be appreciated by all scholars, research analysts and journalists who are interested in finding and disseminating truth in our ailing Constitutional Republic. With the amoral deception that has become the norm in government writing, collections such the Donnelly Collection take on monumental importance. For here are available the orders written by the Presidents of our country. Here the thread of the ever changing orders can be traced to determine the force of existing orders, which have currently taken the force and effect of law to us people, albeit unconstitutionally.

I congratulate LeRoy Donnelly and encourage him to continue his scholarly pursuits.

It is with great pleasure that I post the LeRoy Donnelly Collection on uhuh.com for all to use.

A word of help for their use

It would take forever to convert all these files to html (Internet format), so they are left in the universal standard text format. Fortunately, Netscape and MS Internet Explorer read this files well. The hitch is in my hot links - - I have yet to figure out how to make a hot link directly to the ASCII files. So follow the simple trick in

http://www.uhuh.com/laws/donncoll/list-don.htm

and you will find them quickly and easily.

However, browsers like Opera might require a word processor such as Word Perfect, MS Word or Word Pad. I suggest a smaller program such as Word Pad, since it is all that is needed and is much faster coming up than the many larger programs. So follow these simple directions.

The url (Internet address) of the Donnelly Collection is

http://www.uhuh.com/laws/donncoll/list-don.htm

If the the site does not show when you click here,

please copy
<http://www.uhuh.com/laws/donncoll/list-don.htm> , without the <>
and paste it into the location box of your browser (such as Opera).
Press return.

Click on the eo to the right of the eo folder.
Click on the folder of the year you wish to peruse.
Click on the text file you wish to research.
Your browser will ask to select a word processor.
Click on Pick App (meaning application).
Click on Browse.
Click on the bent arrow (in Netscape) that points up (unless Word Pad is showing)
Click on the bent arrow until C:\ is showing.
Click on C:\..
Click on Program Files.
Click on Accessories.
Click on Word Pad.

It is really not complicated. Just follow the orderly steps. And once you have done it, the computer will remember and show Word Pad first. Neat, huh?

That is how I select Word Pad --
<C:\ProgramFiles\Accessories\WordPad>

For Apple Macs, follow the same process, only choose Simple Text. It will probably come up automatically, but if it doesn't, follow the above procedure to tell the computer where it is.

Good luck.
