STW System
The STW System is a large, intricate network of laws that are passed and in place as of 11-1-98. The STW System is comparable to Hitlers Nazi Germany. Only four tasks remain to be done: Remove the suspension of EO 13083, control the Internet, remove the guns from the people, and set aside the American Congress. Of these tasks, only Internet control and gun confiscation present any challenge and will most probably be completed by Y2K (Year 2000):
Only implementation remains.
1. The first and easiest will be removal of the suspension of EO 13083 that trashes Federalism. That may be accomplished under the cover of National Defense secrecy. EO 13083 eliminates the 9th and 10th Amendments of the Bill of Rights and gives federal agents and agencies power OVER all lower governments, including, of course, state governments. The infrastructure is in place.
2. Control the Internet. A thorn in Clinton's agenda, he must control that avenue of free speech. Some work has been started. Expect much more soon.
3. Removing the guns from the people will be difficult. I expect Clinton to use the back door and remove the ammunition. Work in this area has already commenced with removal of ammunition and supplies from the National Guard. History reveals that prior to every dictatorship, guns were removed from the people, leaving them defenseless. Expect a lot of action in Congress soon in this arena in preparation for us gladiators.
4. Through NES (National Emergency Status) Clinton already has the power to set aside the American Congress. So, that will present no problem. But to fool the people, the correct opportunity must present itself. Here, again, I see no problem. Clinton will simply create his opportunity, for he has total control of all that is needed. With control of the media to condition the people, control of the banks, and control of government computers and operations, it will be no problem for Clinton to create a national emergency, screaming computer failure in the year 2000. A world wide economic crisis can be caused. (Yes, this is documented.) And poof! The people and their country are being saved by President Clinton declaring martial law to hold everything together until the panic is resolved. (For NES, select Time Line. )
The Sections of the STW System issued by Presidents and passed by Congress are
1. Programs, EOs (executive orders), rules and regs (regulations) that have been tied together and now have the force and effect of law. I do not know all that are effected.
3. STW OA (School to Work Opportunities Act) - This act merged the departments of education, health and human services. Formula for Failure is a good place to start. It is linked by the Tennisons. Run a search for Calif and read the paragragh about Eastin. Also in that search read that California passed a law requiring that Students pass an exam on the Constitution and Federalist Papers.
4. WIA (Workforce Investment Act) - This act ties everything together using our money.
Locating the textUrls (Internet addresses) with the word "query" in them will usually not work because they are temporary.

An entire section of this Uhuh web site has been devoted to 13083. Congress knows of this one. Thus it is crucial that this EO be gutted imediately. Bob Barr has the bill ready. It's filed in the basket of the House Judiciary Committee -- where it was killed. Better get it out, quick.
2. G2K (Goals 2000) - H.R. 6 is truly a treacherous and deceitful act.
From Ignition Point I quote, "H.R. 6 is a masterpiece of flexible language and creative new terminology that can mean almost anything government lawyers want it to mean." You guys awake yet?

Go the House Thomas and enter HR 1385. Select Workforce Investment Act of 1998 - enrolled version sent to the President.
It is of interest, more vital than passing, to note that our President and Congress already have laws and orders on the books to control us masses.
Operation Garden Plot is the law to declare you a traitor. It is dangerous. And it took a lawsuit to get the text about us. The guy that got it prefers to remain anonymous. Getting the point yet?
Prison Camps - This information is held so secret that us ordinary citizens can not get near to see what is going on. Why don't our Congressional Representatives tell us about them? Why are they being built in times of peace? Why can't we see what they are doing with our tax money?
Foreign Troops on American Soil - Only citizens and the Internet report on this. The mainstream media are silent. Again I ask why our hired representation in WnDC does not report to us. A chilling situation looms before us. American troops may not fire on Americans, but bitter foreign troops will. Those troops are here now, but I know neither how many nor where. Congress could tell us. But all they seem interested in is taking our guns from us. I can see why Herr Klinton would be afraid of my guns, but why my Congressional Representatives? Something is all hay wire in there somewhere. Well, this old farm boy and Army veteran won't give his gun up without a fight.
