The EO on Federalism will establish a Hitler dictatorship

The truth might be harsh, but it is still the truth.

Reality Check Outline

1) Definitions a) ELs - Executive Laws (Term originated and copyrighted by Forest Glen Durland) i) EO - Executive Law ii) PDD - Presidential Decision Directive iii) NSD - National Security Directive iv) PP - Presidential Proclamation iv) Become law in 30 days if not contested by Congress; Becomes effective 90 days after signing. v) Unconstitutional. 2) FDR (President Franklin Delano Roosevelt) a) Expanded ELs and NEPs b) Created agencies that issue regulations that have the power and effect of law. i) Unconstitutional ii) Clinton's EO on Federalism will give them powers over all lower governments. c) Did more that any president before Clinton to destroy our Constitution.

3) NEPs - National Emergency Powers a) Continuously since 1933. Continuously under NES since 1933. b) Over 13,000 ELs now law under NEP rule. c) Has formed an administrative government - is dictatorship! d) Presidents keep NES to keepNEP to keep their power.

4) Clinton a) Re-enacting Hitler history b) Tried to start an CBW (Chemical/Biological Weapons) war with Iraq. c) Fixed up China with 18 ICBMs. 13 are pointed back at us. d) EO on Federalism will destroy our Constitution and its inherent Bill of Rights. e) Clinton and Gore have the powers of Hitler and Stalin. f) Hitler used his NEP to set aside the German Congress and set up a dictatorship.: g) Clinton must be tried for treason. This is not a threat.

5) BBLs - billionaire banklords a) About 13 banking families, most in Europe; probably includes Rockefeller. b) Totally own OUR monetary system - the Fed (Federal Reserve System) c) Have planned, instigated and financed both sides of every war and revolution for the last three centuries. d) Goals i) Take all our money to control us ii) Establish a one world government with the BBLs in the dictator's throne. e) Wrote both Nazism and Communism, in England f) Most probably control Clinton, Gore and Congress g) WW3 i) Planned next - may be just around the corner. ii) Clinton seems to be trying to start it. h) The Year 2003 is probably their date for completion of their agenda.

7) Solution

a) Call, now, your Congressional Representatives.
b) Politely demand they stop the May 14th EO on Federalism from becoming effective on August 12, 1998.
c) The EO titled Federalism

i) Had no number listed in the original text signed in England
ii) About two weeks later was assigned #13038. The English signing address was removed.

d) Rescind law that lets ELs become law.
e) Get off National Emergency Status. This will put the president in her (his) place.
f) Make it known that

i) Only Congress can make laws.
ii) Will inhibit federal regulatory agencies

(1) That make rules and regs
(2) Have the force and effect of law - unconstitutional
(3) Clinton's EO on Federalism will give those agencies power over all lower governments.

The truth might be harsh, but it is still the truth.

If the EO on Federalism #13038 becomes law it will establish a Hitler dictatorship in America with co-presidents of less than reputable morals and questionable devotion to the American people. This is fact. This is not some kook letting off steam. This is truth that is so bizarre that it is difficult to believe. But you had better believe, and soon, if want to remain free. And you better do something about it, soon!

Several facets surround the issue of executive orders: Names, bypassing Congress and state of emergency.

At least four names are given them, possibly to obscure their existence. Executive Order (EO) is the best known, but other names include Presidential Decision Directive (PDD), National Security Directive (NSD) and Presidential Proclamation (PP). For the sake of convenience, I have added another term to include them all: Executive Law (EL).

Congress, in its divine stupidity, has blessed the president with a law that lets those ELs become law if not challenged by Congress. In that manner, Congress can sit blithely by and not ripple the presidential water, allowing the president to institute unconstitutional laws. Now, the Constitution that I live under clearly states that Congress is to make the laws. Nowhere do I find that privilege given to the president. They supposedly get by the Constitution by allowing that to happen in a state of emergency. In time of war, one could see that justification. But I had somehow been thinking we were at peace, or tying to be. Either way, the Constitution must remain the final authority.

Come to find out, FDR (President Franklin Delano Roosevelt) was responsible for establishing ELs and National Emergency Status (NES). We have been living under NES since 1933. Over 13,000 ELs are now on the books as laws with no Congressional vote. In real life this amounts to an administrative government (Hitler dictatorship), as opposed to the Constitutional Republic we started out with. And, of course, all presidents want to keep us under NES so they can keep their NEP and wield the power of all those ELs, plus issue more of their own.

Those of us who lived through World War II (WW2) see a chilling comparison to Nazi Germany. Hitler had those same powers and set aside the German Congress. In three short months he established his dictatorship. WW2 ensued. Now get this: Clinton and Gore have the same powers that were possessed by Hitler and Stalin. Clinton tried to start a Chemical/Biological Weapons (CBW) War with Iraq. Clinton fixed up China with 18 ICBMs, 13 of which are now pointing at us. It makes one wonder where the other countries are getting their nukes. It does appear that Clinton is re-enacting Hitler history. It worked once. No need to rewrite it.

The parallel is just too perfect to overlook, especially when one learns a little more history. Come to find out, both Nazism and Communism were written in England and financed by international banking families (BBLs). It is highly probable that those same BBLs are controlling Clinton, Gore, and, unfortunately, Congress. I now have documentation to show that the BBLs have planned, instigated and financed both sides of every war and revolution for the past three centuries. Their goal is to make lots of money -- our money -- and eventually control the world in one government with those BBLs in the dictator's throne. Their date for completion is probably set for the year 2003. WW3 is scheduled anytime now.

So now comes Clinton's secret EO on Federalism. That EO will give him dictatorial control over all state and local governments, a power purposely prohibited by our Constitution. When one puts all these events into the big picture, it quickly becomes ominous. Clinton is clearly a traitor that should be put to death for treason. I took the liberty to send a 25 page document to both Clinton and Gore outlining that very fact. This is not a threat. This is a statement of fact. I state it as a privilege provided by my Constitution with it's inherent Bill of Rights. (Clinton has been known to kill people like me, but I haven't seen his Federal Marshal goons yet.)

If you want to keep your freedom, you better get after your Congress Critters right now. On June 13 or 14, the EO on Federalism became law. It will become effective 90 days after Clinton signed it. Congress can stop the whole mess, but it takes hundreds of citizens to get Congress moving. Congress does not act. Congress reacts. So you must call now. Then you must call 100 other people and get them to call. That will work, especially with an election coming up this fall. Remember what your reps do, and remind them of it.

Then while we are at it, let's keep up our momentum. Let's force Congress to abolish that stupid law that lets ELs become law without Congressional vote. We must stop this onslaught of ELs.

Then let's force Congress to get us off NES. We must remind them that we are at peace. We must now fight for peace!

But you must do it. You can not wait for someone else to start. We must all get after our Congress Critters right now. The November elections will be here before we know it. We must plan now, and let our Congressional Representatives know we are planning. We can, and must, replace about half of Congress in November.

I have done my part. I have written, faxed and called my three three members of Congress. I have also spent gobs of time and money on this web page in an effort to bring you the truth that can't be found in mainstream TV and newspapers any more. (Hillary and the BBLs control them -- part of the big picture.)

So, how about it? I even put the names and phones of your Congressional Representatives within a click of your mouse. So, do it. If not for yourself, do it for the kids that will have to face the dictatorship that will result if we let it.
