The purpose of these documents is to inform you of gross violations of the United States Constitution and its inherent Bill of Rights. Judging from the court rulings I have been hearing about, there are many judges and sheriffs that apparently have forgotten, or are intentionally ignoring, our Constitution and its inherent Bill of Rights. Unconstitutional IRS law and swat teams should be noted. Serious study of our Constitution will reveal that sheriffs and judges at the county level have more jurisdiction than federal agents and marshals. All entering requires court order and notice. Laws to the contrary are unconstitutional.

Editions of these documents have been mailed certified, return receipt, to

• Sheriff Gillingham of Santa Clara County, California
• Sheriff Horsley of San Mateo County, California
• Presiding Judge Faithfull of the Municipal Court of Santa Clara County, California
• Presiding Judge Nichols of the Superior Court
• Presiding Judge Kozloski of the Municipal and Superior Courts of San Mateo County, California
• all Chief Judges of the Federal Circuit Courts
• the Chief Justice of the Federal Supreme Court in Washington, DC

all of whom are held responsible for dispensing these documents to the judges and deputies under their supervision. All judges, sheriffs and deputies are held responsible for complete knowledge of these documents.

The fact that a person working for you opens this envelope will not be accepted as an excuse for you not receiving it. You could have known and you should have known.

Could have known and should have known is a precedent that dates all the way back to President Abraham Lincoln.

I have identified an unseen enemy, thus bringing into issue the sedition and treason provisions in the United States Constitution.

This is not a threat. This is serious business by a natural born citizen who is saving this country for his children and grandchildren.

This is not a threat, but you are held responsible for the contents of these documents. You are also held responsible for honoring the oath of office in which you swore to uphold the Constitution of the United States (and its inherent Bill of Rights.) You could have known and you should have known.
