Now for the documentation.
A. Constitution
1. I will honor my Oath of Office in which I will swear to uphold the U.S. Constitution, which includes its inherent Amendments. These oaths have been violated as if they didn't exist. Serious charges are imminent. For starters, swearing to uphold the Constitution and then violating it brings several laws into play. Violation of Oath of Office is serious enough, but the violation of the Constitution in this case could evoke treason charges. Rule of law means following the letter of the law, restricting the discretionary power of public officials. Color of Law means any version of it, roughly. Misprision of Felony means one must report any known crime or violation of law. Accessory After the Fact means they helped the criminal, covering for him in this case. This all adds up to some long prison time, at least.

2. I will exert effort to re-establish our Constitutional Republic. The United States of America was not intended to be a democracy, but a Constitutional Republic. A democracy will destroy itself by giving everything away to everybody. By unconstitutional laws by Congress and the President, it has become a government by decree, which is a nice way to say dictatorship. See HU 93 and State of the Union 98.
3. I will put the Constitution first over all legislation and government action, aware of Constitutional limitations. The Constitution must always prevail, or we lose it all. Our Constitution protects the individual, in contrast to other constitutions which protect the ruler.
One look at most of the laws coming out of Congress will support the need for this commitment. Simply ask if each law is, first of all, even permitted by the Constitution, including, of course, the inherent Bill of Rights. Then view it through the eyes of the 6th Amendment which includes the clause "to be informed". I maintain that if I can not understand a law, then I can not be informed of it.
In my Uhuh Law Library I find:
It is most interesting to note that laws are supposed to be simple and easy to understand. Check the 6th Amendment: "... and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation." It can be argued that one is not informed if one can not understand the law.
Check Madison in the Federalist Papers No. 62: " It will be of little avail to the people that the laws are made by men of their own choice if the laws be so voluminous that they cannot be read, or so incoherent that they cannot be understood; if they be repealed or revised before they are promulgated, or undergo such incessant changes that no man, who knows what the law is today, can guess what it will be tomorrow. Law is defined to be a rule of action; but how can that be a rule, which is little known, and less fixed? " (See Heads Up #46.)
4. If Constitution does not state, Congress may not legislate. This is spelled out in Amendments 9 and 10. I agree. The 9th Amendment speaks of rights. The 10th Amendment speaks of powers. Together the 9th and 10th state that what is not spelled out in the Constitution is reserved for the States and the people. Simply put:
One look at the bulk of the laws will throw them out on the basis of the 9th and 10th alone.

5. I will attempt to prevent the President from bypassing Congress and creating legislation and treaties in any form by any means. Through executive orders, Presidents for decades have been side-stepping our Constitution and creating a government by decree, which is a nice way to say dictatorship. Hoover set the stage and FDR went wild with it, issuing the most EOs until Clinton. Until Clinton, FDR did more to destroy our Constitution than any president until Clinton dirtied the White House.
Clinton has been issuing EOs, PDs, PDDs, etc like a paper mill. Then Clinton uses agencies to enforce his illegal rule. In this manner, Congress is definitely side-stepped. And, incidentally, Congress is guilty of Misprision of Felony here, a very serious charge.
A big issue here is EO 13083 on Federalism, in which Clinton attempted to trash the 9th and 10th Amendments. (see above discussion.) EO 13083 is extremely dangerous and is only suspended. We must watch to see that this suspension is not removed in the fall of 1998. EO 13083 must be rescinded. 6. I will attempt to stop Constitutional violations by agencies that create rules that have the force and effect of law. The Constitution clearly states that only Congress can create laws. The 9th and 10th Amendments clearly imply that agencies can not. To use people down here on the ground, those rules, etc, put out by federal agencies hit us with the force and effect of law, especially when we are paying a big, fat fine or looking out between the bars of the federal slammer. Well, they can't do that. Agencies can not issue anything that has the force and effect of law. That is the job of Congress. So, why do judges enforce them? Being a judge of laws, they have no excuse not to know. Those judges should spend the career in prison studying the Constitution they violated, and which they swore to uphold. The could have known and they should have known.
The extreme danger of this practice was brought to light with Clinton's EO 13083 called Federalism. Since FDR federal agencies have been creating rules that have the force and effect of law to us people down here on the ground. That is a flagrant violation of the Constitution, which very clearly states that Congress shall make the laws. Amendments 9 and 10 very clearly state that no one else can create federal laws. EO 13083 gives those agencies power OVER all governments below the federal government, including states. That, folks, is Hitler in the making, rather, almost made. This Uhuh site was instrumental in exposing EO 13083 and causing Clinton to suspend it. However, it is only suspended and poses a very real danger. We must watch to see if Clinton covertly lifts that suspension in the month of November, 1998. At the time he wrote the EO suspending it, he spoke of only 90 days. That's around November 14, 1998. He might do as Hoover did and bury it in the bowels of a budget law while Congress is trying to get home to win their election. If Clinton lifts the suspension of EO 13083, all federal agencies will have power to tell the State governments what to do, and will probably start controlling every facet of our lives, which they almost do now. Hang on to your pants.
Supplement for Sheriffs and Governors
6. Aware of the items in this Contract, I will protect my electorate from contact by Federal Agents without my authorization. Citing our Constitution, a CountySheriff has notified federal agents that they will not operate in his county without his permission. Sheriff Mattis of Big Horn County, Wyoming, holds that our U. S. Constitution defines the limitation of federal jurisdiction in Article 1, Section 8. Further, Amendment X states that "the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." Mattis interprets that to mean that federal agents have less power in the states than the sheriff. Therefore, the sheriff can force them to see him before his people. Mattis disapproved of such acts as IRS agents illegally prosecuting his people. He noted that the Feds have not argued with him.

For confirmation it will be necessary for you to contact Sheriff Matson personally. In August 1997 he initially did relate limited details to Forest Glen Durland over the telephone, but suggested that he have his Sheriff call him for additional details. For some reason, Sheriff Matson will not discuss the matter further with me. It is assumed it is due to pressure from the White House. My inductive Cloud Chamber Reasoning finds no other cause for the silence of a fine patriot with a fine motive performing a fine, patriotic duty.
Sheriff Mack of Utah fought the Brady Bill as unconstitutional all the way the Supreme Court - and won. Shortly thereafter he became the subject of an FBI investigation. His office was raided. It is more than casually interesting to note that a leading organization of peace officers, meaning cops of all kinds, has spoken out against federal government police action. I downloaded several articles in case they disappeared, and am glad I did. Shortly thereafter I was unable to find them. It is also more than casually interesting to note that it was none other than Sheriff Matson that directed me to those articles. Since this web site, Uhuh, is totally non-profit and existing solely for the purpose of dispensing truth to my people, I will post those articles now and link to them here. They are of significant value to this documentation.
The name of the peace officers organization referred to is Aid and Abet. The editor is Jack McLamb. Please note that these articles posted here date back to 1997, at least. When reading, keep in mind the date of the article. I have received little response from correspondence. Since then a site called Silent 45 has appeared and is selling some Aid and Abet articles, but I have not been informed of their position. But since Aid and Abet is, or was, a Peace Officers magazine, and since Peace Officers will read their magazine, and since the content of these Aid and Abet articles is very critical of federal police action, it is imperative that I now post these revealing articles and reference them here. B. IMF (International Monetary Fund)
1. I am aware that money in the IMF goes almost directly into the private pockets of the BBLs. It should be plain for all to see that the IMF bails out banks. A closer look will show that the BBLs made risky investments. In addition, all debt money systems are self-destructive. But Congress has been bailing out these crooks for so long that they go right on messing up the world economy, and Congress bails them out with our tax money. All current international banks, including our Fed, deploy destructive debt money systems. C. UN (United Nations)
1. I believe that U.S. property and rights belong to the citizens of the U.S., NOT the UN, as mandated by the U.S. Constitution. For starters, it is interesting to note that Congressman Ron Paul has sponsored legislation to get the U.S. out of the UN and the UN out of the U.S.
2. I will always place the U.S. above the UN. I know that the UN must NOT own or control property in the U.S. Clinton has been pushing, and Congress has been responding, to a drive to give the UN more and more control over the U.S. Somewhere I have documentation for the fact that the Constitution for the UN was written by the BBLs. That fact alone should tell somebody something. One look at the history of the UN will show a list of "achievements" that point to destruction of the U.S. government. My TL2 (Time Line 2) shows that history of the accomplishments of the UN and BBLs. When one takes an overall look, it is very frightening.
3. I will attempt to stop the giving to the UN of the control of U.S. property and citizens, and to retake that which has been taken. An an alarmingly increasing rate, Clinton and Congress is given our country away to the UN. Since the UN is controlled by the NWO which is controlled by the BBLs, this action is tantamount to giving control of our country to the BBLs -- the international banking families. Some of the groups being pushed by Clinton and Gore are the AHRI and UNESCO biospheres.

America is being divided up into biospheres by, of all people, UNESCO of the UN. I keep asking what the heck they are doing messing with my country. But anyway, there is much activity on this scene. A biosphere amounts to public land that the public can no longer use. Right off that is not making sense. A good starter article is in Heads Up at

It is definitely unconstitutional to hand over any American land to a foreign power. Remember, if the Constitution doesn't say it can be done, it can NOT. Then to find troops that can't even speak American in charge of part of Yellowstone Park is darn difficult to take. Colombo has listed Yellowstone on his site of Prison Camps. As to the UN and NWO, there is a wealth of material reported on the Internet. Start with The Winds, a level-headed, well documented and well respected site at <http://www.thewinds.org/>. Click on New World Order and start reading.
Now go to <http://www.uhuh.com/guns/list-gun.htm> and click on the UN talk. The UN wants Civilian Police. You might ask why.
Now for a real eye opener. I have saying, writing and documenting this for years, only to have people look over their glasses and snicker. Two of my books relate this problem. Perhaps you will listen to the Congressional Record. Read the Communist Goals for America in 1963. Note that they have been largely accomplished in 1998. D. NES (National Emergency Status)
1. I am aware that the U.S. has been under continuous NES since FDR -- about 64 years. To refute this statement, find the orders that cancelled NES BEFORE it was effective. Canceling in the past is nothing. You might start your research in my Uhuh Law Library at <http://www.uhuh.org>. Click on Contents, then on Law Library on the left. In the library, click on NES -- National Emergency Status -- and start reading the EOs, etc.
2. I will attempt to promote a status of peace. Upon reviewing history from a standpoint of peace vs war, it is apparent that the U.S. has promoted war. The NES is a significant indicator, though only one. Study my Time Line 2 and CO 3. Also read Lindbergh - Listed in the Docs in Money Is Uneal. See Fema and Garden Plot below.
3. I will attempt to end the NES of the U.S., thus ending the NES control by the President and Congress. It makes good sense to end NES if we are to strive for peace, for we need not remain in a national emergency if we are not plotting for war. This effort will most probably encounter stiff resistance from Clinton, Clinton, Gore and the BBLs, for it is evident that everything they have done is in a concerted effort toward military control of the U.S. by the NWO, now changing its name to 3rd Way (3w). To flush out the opposition to allow them to support my contentions, support only efforts and legislation that will promote peace.
It is no compliment that the U.S. has been for decades the leading exporter of munitions to 3rd World Nations. This must cease immediately we are to sincerely talk peace. I have the newspaper clippings to support the munitions exporting if needed.
4. I will fully inform my electorate about FEMA and Operation Garden Plot. Courtesy of OUR Congress, these grotesque laws have outlined martial law and complete control of civilians. Nasty weapons are described. Prison camps are planned, and are being readied at this time. Congress and the President say that these laws are necessary for control of terrorists. If so, they certainly do not need to laws to control all of us. And they need not keep it secret. Fema and Garden Plot were uncovered only after dangerous research. OUR government apparently does not like for us to know what it is doing. Not good. This is OUR government and we people have every right to know what OUR Congress has planned for use. The secrecy alone says war, not peace. If government does not like conspiracy talk, then open up with this stuff. We are paying for it.

It is timely to note two recent incidents pertinent to this topic.
a. The Winds has done exceptional research and posted well-documented articles exposing developing government control and corruption. In the middle of October 1998 they were paid a visit by strong arm hit men. No physical violence resulted, but it was made clear that they would be shut down. I do not know the identity of the hit men, but my first guess would be the White House Death Squad. I also have a sincere respect for The Winds. Some of the articles you will find linked here are by them. The Winds editorial is at <http://www.TheWinds.org/arc_editorials/government/winds_notice10-98.html>. Do not include the <> signs.
b. In the middle of October 1998 the BATF killed another innocent man. This time it was a gun store owner near Bakersfield in California where people were keeping arms ready to combat martial law. WorldNetDaily, a reputable online journal wrote two revealing articles on this case entitled "Disarm the BATF" and "Gun Owner …". Their URLs are <http://www.worldnetdaily.com/btlines/981013_disarm_batf.html> and <http://www.worldnetdaily.com/exclusiv/981012_gun_shop_owner_wrot.html>. It has become apparent that Clinton and the BBLs do not want citizens to have guns. This is interesting when one looks at history. The last item preceding dictatorships is the removal of guns from the people, leaving them defenseless. This was the case with Hitler. What is going on here?
5. I will promptly tally the number of foreign troops on U.S. soil, informing my electorate frequently about their status. Please note: I, Forest Glen Durland, am NOT stating that foreign troops are taking over America. I do, however, observe the ominous possibility. When considered in the light of the above documentation, one takes note. Since this is OUR nation, it seems only right that Congress and our President inform us about these developments. The way to stop gossip and talk of conspiracy is to tell the truth, and tell ALL of it. There are troops on American soil who can not speak American. I hear about their arrival, but I never hear of their departure. There exists a report of investigators being detained in Yellowstone Park by troops who could not speak one word of American. The simple way to clarify this issue to report to use people the truth about our government. We demand to know how many foreign and/or UN troops are stationed on American soil. No double talk or double names. And we demand to know why they are here.
It is interesting to note that American citizens are being increasingly confronted by UN police on American soil. This is not only a gross violation of our Constitution, it is downright nasty to be kept a secret for us people. We demand to know. We demand to know why Congress is bending to Clinton's demands for increasing UN authority over U.S. citizens and soil. See Colombo under FEMA for documentation.
6. I will promptly tally the number of possible prison camps and inform my electorate frequently about their status. After studying the above discussion and documentation, especially Fema and Garden Plot, one will also demand information concerning prison camps on American soil in times of peace. They are definitely planned in Operation Garden Plot, and they are definitely under construction at this time. Congressman Gonzalez stated that the law does exist. We demand to know just what OUR government is doing, and why, with OUR money. Colombo maintains a list of over 100 prison camps and locations in continental U.S.A. Please note that neither Colombo nor Forest Glen Durland state that these reports are accurate. We just know that something is there that is being kept secret in times of peace. We demand to know. I very clearly remember FDR's unconstitutional prison camps that interned Japanese Americans during WW2. Those same camps are showing signs of renovation. I demand to know why. We are at peace, I thought. Think about it, folks, along with Feinstein's, Boxer's and Clinton's efforts to take our guns in violation of our Constitution. We need some more information from OUR Congress.

E. Bill of Rights
1. I will attempt to prevent government Swat Teams from violating a strict interpretation of the Bill of Rights. This is a nasty one, and very, very real. With no apparent regard for the Bill of Rights, swat teams charge into private property with all the vengeance of Hitler. Sometimes they move in with only a hint that some neighbor thought such and such. The 4th Amendment of the Bill of Rights clearly states that "… no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seize.". So we have Swat teams comprised of FBI and/or Federal Marshals guiding the county sheriff who supplies deputies, charging in without warrant or notice. All of these guys supposedly are peace officers that took an oath in which they swore to uphold the Constitution, OUR Constitution. So, they have absolutely no excuse to not have known. Therefore, if they goof, they are eligible for prison time, at least. Further, this nonsense is the very reason our Forefathers left the old country and migrated to America. This is the reason the wrote our Constitution and insisted on its inherent Bill of Rights. So what, might I ask, is OUR Congress doing sitting back on its druthers while this nonsense continues.

Only it's not American citizens that are the villains -- it's OUR government in the form of federal agencies of ever increasing power. Unannounced raids are not isolated incidents. I have started posting accounts of some the tragic results, which, incidentally, are seldom, if ever, carried by the mainstream media. They are, in my opinion, a gross violation of our Bill of Rights. They are posted at <http://www.uhuh.com/guns/list-gun.htm#Violations of Bill of Rights>.
2. I will attempt to force ALL government surveillance to strictly comply with the Bill of Rights. Our Congress passed a bill in the Middle of October 1998 that gives the FBI authority to search without warrant. Not only is that definitely unconstitutional, it poses a serious threat to our freedoms. The Constitution and its inherent Bill of Rights must be the undisputed law of the land. It must be the work description of Congress -- in fact, all federal employees.
3. I will attempt to allow U.S. citizens to own and carry guns as permitted by the Bill of Rights. Upon absorbing the above discussion and documentation, it will be readily seen that not only is the right to bear arms a national heritage, it is a necessity in a deteriorating federal government.
F. Education
1. I know that the Communist Manifesto is the basis of Goals 2000 and will inform my electorate of its destructive goals. Go to my uhuh web site. Either run a search for school, or click on Contents, then on School on the left. Enough documentary reading to keep you busy for some time will appear before you. I had linked to an article that listed the 10 planks of the Communist Manifesto, but is gone. I am investigating.
I have located another report in the Congressional Record. Read the Communist Goals for America in 1963. Note that they have been largely accomplished in 1998. 2. I am aware that education is NOT a federal right. See amendments 9 and 10. The Constitution does not state, Congress may not legislate. One would think that WnDC never, ever heard of the U.S. Constitution and its inherent Bill of Rights. The Constitution says nothing about Congress controlling education, yet we have a zillion laws affecting education from womb to tomb. Thus all this federal control of education through funding with OUR tax money is all unconstitutional.
3. I will attempt to prevent the President and Congress from bypassing the Constitution in matters of education. This is a thorny topic, and a dangerous one. It is my well documented opinion that Clinton is pushing for NWO control of our nation. Applicable here is the control of minds. Of course, this is nothing new. Both Hitler and Stalin did that successfully, except that mothers did not like having their children taken away to government schools. Seems they ran into a bit of a problem with destruction of the family. Well, the NWO (UN) has learned how to be economically efficient. Instead of going to all the expense and trouble of running government schools, they are letting the parents keep the kids and have taken over the public schools, albeit clandestinely. The process is called Goals 2000 (G2K). Go to uhuh and read up on schools. It's all there, including the unconstitutional laws that Congress has passed and that Clinton is enforcing. It is interesting to note that control is not with guns, but covertly with money. Yes -- your money. Our tax money is being used to finance government programs that entice colleges and teachers to teach how Clinton wants them to teach. We are financing our own mental doomsday. It's time people woke up and let Congress know what they are supposed to do -- and NOT do. That is why this contact is being distributed.

G. Clinton, Clinton, Gore and the media
1. I will attempt to remove from office and prosecute Bill and Hillary Clinton and Gore as soon as possible. Anybody with a brain and one eye knows what scumbags Clinton, Clinton and Gore are. Various reasons are taunted as to why Congress is going easy on them. Most good folks agree that they should be removed. So do it.
The reports of investigations that should at least imprison Clinton, Clinton and Gore are being suppressed. We are not being told the worst charges. If all knew all, all would insist on removal. But this suppression of evidence really bothers me. For starters, that information is public. My tax money paid for it and it is about public figures committing public crimes. I demand to read those reports -- all of all of them. I demand they be posted on the Internet where we can access them and in a form that I can use.

2. I will attempt to force the media to report the whole truth from an honest viewpoint. The American public can not be expected to know the truth if all they watch is TV and all they read are the big dailies. Although difficult to prove by ordinary means, it is a well know fact in Washington that Hillary Clinton is controlling the nation's media from the back room of the White House. The honest reports that expose the Clinton legacy are suppressed. Congress should demand that the media follow their own code of journalism and report honestly and scholarly. Of course, it would certainly help if the American public would not insist on sex scandals and pretty faces for news stories. When Americans demand honesty, truth and decent content, it will probably happen, if they do not wait too long.
You can run your own research. Note that all mainstream media report the same info about the same things. If you read the Internet journals, you will find articles on subjects the mainstream media never touch. You might ask why. Note how anyone opposing the White House gang are victimized by the media. Again, ask why. They can't all be wrong. The Heads Up Index contains much on this subject. Thanks to the Internet, truth is being divulged. Clinton scandals are being exposed. Unfortunately, the White House Death Squad is alive and well, causing severe problems to this struggling Constitutional Republic.

H. Fed (Federal Reserve System) should belong to us people.
1. I am aware that our national banking system may be controlled, perhaps owned, by foreigners, a dangerous situation. I have the names somewhere and will post them when I find them. The Fed is owned by about 13 international banking families, most in Europe. Roundtable has done some excellent research on the CFR (Council of Foreign Relations), which, of course, includes the Fed. 2. I know that BBLs (Billionaire Banklords) is the name given to the covert international banking families. This is the name I dreamed up for convenience. A shorter name than "international banking families" was needed. BBLs is easy. LandLords, BankLords. Both do nothing and take our money. (My landlady is a notable exception, for which I am thankful.) 3. I will seriously consider in relation to the national debt "Congress shall have the power to coin money" in the Constitution. This topic is thoroughly covered in Money Is Unreal. Go to uhuh.com, scroll down to the Space Shuttle and climb aboard with a click. When you arrive at the space station, step into the Vortex and follow the Itinerary. The essays are, with but few exceptions, written at the 8th grade reading level, so they should not hurt your brain. In this case, you should start by reading Prologue for an outline of our problems and the only practical solution.

I. IRS
1. I am aware that the income tax Amendment 16 was ruled nugatory by two Supreme Court rulings: Brushaber v. Union Pacific R.R. Co., 240 US [1916], and Stanton v. Baltic Mining Co. 240 US 112 [1916]); and will consider the Constitutional legalities of taxation. For additional study, read Believe It or Not. 2. I am aware that there are $60,000 in rewards waiting for the person who can find one law that says U.S. citizens living and working in the U.S. must pay income tax. $10,000 has been waiting for 14 years. Not even IRS agents have collected. That should tell somebody something. In spite of all these rulings, in addition to the Constitution they swore to uphold, judges still uphold IRS prosecution and send people to prison for violating a non-existent law. Those judges should spend their career in prison. Read Believe It or Not.
3. I am aware of Larry Becraft's brief that finds no authority for the IRS to enforce, and will make that brief known to judges. Constitutional attorney Larry Becraft has put in months of work on this one. His brief on the subject is a document for all law libraries. J. Integrity
1. I will honor my electorate above all others, for it is they, and only they, that deserve the influence of my office and vote. Powerful, wealthy corporations spend millions lobbying Congress. It is known that these corporations shower both money and percs on Congress to bend their vote. In my opinion, such lobbyists should be run off with a big stick. Congress Persons should listen only to their electorate and should vote only with their electorate in mind. Two web sites make such financial information available.

2. If anyone other than my electorate attempts to influence my voting, and if anyone offers me a bribe, I agree to immediately make known to my electorate the details, including names, agencies and dates, especially if not a U.S. citizen or firm. This item is loaded. It is my contention that 99 percent of the secrecy in government should be open. This is OUR government and we have every right to know what is going on. Secrecy hides a multitude of sins. So, if a Congress Person wishes to be honest, that person will be open. Signing this contract to report any and all bribe attempts will be a good start toward that honesty. After all, bribes mean voting influence. If reported, that Congress Person must not have accepted any bribes, unless they want prison time. Foreign lobbyists spend billions of dollars on Congress. In my humble opinion, that is getting mighty close to treason by our Congressional Representatives. Unfortunately, a federal judge ruled in October 1998 that soft money is OK for foreign contributions. We are losing it folks. Better get busy.

3. I will attempt to expose all hidden money in all governments in my electoral district, making all budgets known to all. This item is aimed at the billions of dollars hidden from us people by false accounting in government. This is occurring at all levels. Fortunately, a web site on the good old Internet has spotted much of it for us. Read it and weep, then get angry, then get level-headed, then get even. We should not be paying so much taxes. Insist on open and honest accounting in all levels of government with a prison term awaiting the violators. The site is called Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports. Their web site is

4. I will honor and support the rule of law, the color of law, the misprision of felony law and my oath of office. This is what they are supposed to do in the first place. But one look at the laws on the federal books and it is evident that they forget quickly. So this contract reminds them that we will be checking. K. If elected, I promise to honor this contract in good faith. I am aware of the facts in this contract and will act on them to benefit my electorate. If I do not honor this contract, I agree to immediately resign with no retirement or other benefits. If my electorate must sue due to my negligence, the losing party must pay all court costs and legal fees. If I lose the suit, I agree to be stripped of all federal government compensation, retirements and other benefits. This puts the teeth into this contract. You goof and you go, big time. Just keep it honest and at home and you will be appreciated.
