CO5 is an important set of documents sent to many politicians. This revealing and implicating set of documents was sent by certified mail, return receipt, to President Clinton, Vice-President Gore, the leaders and other select Congress Persons, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, the Chief Judge of each Circuit Court, the Presiding Judges of the County and California Supreme Court in Santa Clara County, California where I live, the Presiding Judge in San Mateo County where my ISP is located, the Sheriff of Santa Clara County, California where I live, and the Sheriff of San Mateo County where my ISP is located. Copies were hand delivered to Captain Slack of the Santa Clara County, California Sheriff Department. Captain Slack was courteous enough to listen to me when Sheriff Gillingham stood me up on an appointment I had waited a month to keep. In addition, copies were mailed certified, return receipt, to my Congressional Representatives Senator Dianne Feinstein and Senator Barbara Boxer. CO5 discusses the mailings to other than my district. Some names were withheld due to election politics. My district is discussed below. The recipients can not truthfully testify they did not know. As lawmakers, they have no excuse in the first place.

Our only hope is at the voting booth. We must regain control over Congress with our voting power. It is all we have left. (Read Prologue for explanation of this situation.)
We all must remember not to get into money collecting routines. That will only bring the wrath of the IRS down our heads. Each person must pay his/her own way. Groups can chip in to pay for a newspaper ad, for example. We need influence over politicians at the voting booth, not hassle from OUR government. Let's keep it totally non-profit.
If someone wants to make a donation, have them establish an account for you at the bank or the newspaper office. Then go for it. But keep your personal fingers out of the pie. This is one pie that can get all over your tie or blouse in a hurry.
I urge everyone to send this letter to all their Congress Persons. Please use your own name, address and signature. It should be sent by certified mail. That is relatively inexpensive, sits on top of the mail bag, and gets attention when someone has to sign for it. You can contact me for documentation. I will post what is needed on the net.
When I learned that Clinton is proceeding to plunge us into another Gulf War, I came unglued. We don’t need another war, and we certainly do not need this war. My son-in-law saw the last Gulf War. That’s enough. I have children and grandchildren that I would much prefer to see peace.

William Slack, Captain
On April 8, 1998, Forest Glen Durland kept a long sought appointment with Sheriff Chuck Gillingham of Santa Clara County, California. The Sheriff was not there. The secretary took Forest to meet with Captain Bill Slack. The presentation intended for the Sheriff was made to the Captain. As expected, the Captain said he would relay the information to the Sheriff. Now Forest waits. The content of the presentation can be read in the letter dated March 9, 1998.
