To those of us who remove our naive spectacles and look at the real world, December 1998 appears gloomy. There is little happiness on the other side of the year. We see the unseen enemy closing in on us with increasing speed. They are fastening their tentacles on all walks of life from all angles, from without, from within. For, you see, they have controlled the minds of the naive and are allowing the naivete to do their capturing for them.

The unseen enemy is the BBLs -- the Billionaire Banklords, meaning the international banking families that have the entire world in its grasp. They must remain unseen, for if the people ever learned of the BBL's endeavors, the people would rise and destroy them. Further, that unseen enemy works with intangibles -- that is, with your imagination.

There is an old saying that says: He who controls the money, controls everyone and most things. And that is where the BBLs, the international banking families, gain control. Unlike the naivete, they know that money is imaginary. So while sitting back in comfortable chairs, they control the money and let the people put on the harness and reins, then hand the BBLs the reins.

Many things are happening, and to add insult to injury, the BBLs are using our money to make us do it.

• Goals 2000, a part of the STW System, is ruining our schools and our children, leaving a generation of dope addicts in its wake. They will be puppets on strings waiting for the BBLs to manipulate them.
• The STW System (School To Work) is a total control system that betters Hitler's 3rd Reich. In four major parts, it has been passed into law and in is place. The dictatorship is in place ready to activate.
• A teacher was censored for telling the truth about government, reminiscent of Nazi Germany in the 30s.
• There are prison camps in place, some being renovated, new ones being built today, it times of peace.
• Operation Garden Plot, a federal law, gives Herr Klinton power to totally control the civilian masses.
• Federal agencies, even the unconstitutional IRS, is being armed with weapons and swat teams.
• Clinton has issued EO 13083 that completely guts the 9th and 10th Amendments in our Bill of Rights, removing State's Rights and giving control to federal agencies. Largely through this web page, he was forced to suspend it. But he did NOT rescind it. Now Clinton is working with the nation's mayors and governors to again issue that order. Today, the governors are pushing a philosophy called Enlibra, which may be the destruction of State's Rights in sheep's clothing. More will follow on this subject.
• Congress, through stupid laws, and Clinton, through executive orders, are giving the UN control of our armed forces, our parks, our rivers, and areas called biospheres. We people are certainly next.
• Heads Up 114 discusses the new effort to destroy the 4th Amendment in our Bill of Rights through electronic surveillance. They do not tell us that they are already doing that with Echelon -- an extremely powerful interceptor. It is illegal now, so they keep quiet.
• Heads Up 114 briefly discusses the new effort to control computer communication.
• Combat ready foreign troops are on American soil. Congress does not tell us.
• With few notible exceptions, our Congress will not report to us on these matters. The secrecy is alarming. That is OUR money that is being spent and OUR lives that are affected.
• We have the most corrupt President in our history, yet Congress will not remove him.
• Meantime EACH Congress Person has given themselves $132,000 annual pay, PLUS $1,000,000 in perks and bennies.
• Meanwhile, inflation climbs at a steady (and controlled) 5 percent, destroying our economy and family structure and giving increasing control to the BBLs.

• For my Thanksgiving greetings, on Wednesday, November 25, 1998, at 7:05 A.M., a high school principal where I substitute teach reprimanded me severely for giving Heads Up to one teacher and one assistant principal. Not the students, mind you -- but to staff. He was neither professional nor polite. I was censored. I was ordered to "stop it", to not distribute any more "propaganda" and not discuss it at school. If it is not shaped like a basketball, that principal doesn't know how to handle it.

  A morbid thought struck me. I was now in Nazi Germany in the 30's. As a teacher I had been censored from telling the truth, a quality long expected of teachers. The one difference: I was not thrown in a prison camp.

  But that recalled disturbing memories. At age 70, I remember when FDR took my friends out of high school and transported them to prison camps where they were put behind barbed wire and watched from armed towers. Those kids were OK and so were their farmer parents, but they were of Japanese ancestry. An unconstitutional precedent had been set.

  Well, folks, those prison camps are still with us. Many are being renovated and new ones are being built, today, in times of peace. And those Executive Orders are still with us, with thousands more added since.

  All of this happened to me, forcing me to take a hard look at reality.

  "Our" government has so thoroughly brainwashed our people that most of them do not have the slightest inkling of what is happening. For not speaking politically correctly, I was censored.

  The STW System is in place and ready. That is synonymous to saying that Hitler is ready to install his dictatorship. Hitler and Stalin would be envious of the powers possessed by Klinton.

For me at 70 years of age, there is less personal concern. I don't have that much time left. But for my children and grand children I see horror ahead.

There is a positive, happy side to all of this. There is time. It is short, possibly less than one year, but there is time. All people must remove their naive spectacles, stand as one, and regain control of Congress. Then we must throw the bankers out of government and get our government out of the banks. That is synonymous with saying we must get the U.S. out of the UN and throw the UN out of the U.S. Then, and only then, will we save our country and ourselves from slavery -- mental slavery.

There is time, if you will act now.
