TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

As most of you now know that Larry Harris is still being held in custody in Nevada even though he has been cleared of any wrong doing concerning the possession and/or "use" of anthrax or any other biological substance.

His probation hearing in Ohio is next Tuesday, MARCH 3, probably in Columbus, Ohio, although NO ONE has been able to verify any of this information. He has been allowed to talk to his wife and no one else.

He DID contact this officer before he left Ohio so it is not as though he left without telling him. We need people who know Larry Harris to FAX this probation officer to let them know that he is a good man and is true to his word. His book was written for THE PEOPLE to protect them.

He is to be represented by a Public Defender - since he does not have funds to hire an attorney. He has some very close friends who are trying to help him and will probably go to Ohio for support. The book, "Bacteriological Warfare: A Major Threat to North America - What You and Your Family Can Do Before - AND - After" by Larry Wayne Harris sells for $20.00 plus postage. However, Terry will get copies for you at $20.00 and will donate the proceeds to Larry Harris. I have a copy of this book and YES, it is a valuable book for everyone to have so that you can prepare for biological warfare WHEN (not if) it occurs....from all indications of PAST EVENTS.

This book was copyrighted in 1995 - and permission was NOT given for anyone to post this to the internet. Larry's publisher is looking into the copyright infringements - which calls for a $5,000 fine for each offense of creating of copies without authorization. This material is invaluable and I think that the government realized this also.

ANY KNOWLEDGE of strategies and documents relevant to the parole revocation process, especially as it applies to OHIO. This is critical. As Terry says, if we lose Larry, who will take his place that we can trust?
