THE BIGGEST DRUG RUNNERS IN THE U.S.

If you have ever wondered how hundreds of tons of illegal cocaine

easily slips into the United States every year, the answer is now available.

The truth is written and the proofs are provided. All you need do is read

it.

In a series of articles pointing an accusing finger at hundreds of

federal government officials, Staff Reporter Gary Webb spells out in the San

Jose Mercury News what many of us have believed for years: Agents of the

federal government -- the very same federal police agents out there

arresting Americans for selling the stuff -- are among the largest illegal

drug importers in this country.

Reporter Gary Webb weaves a tale describing how federal officials

regularly allowed a dubious "national security" program top priority by over

"citizen security." This is a story of an officially sanctioned crime -- a

crime that has been in progress for many years. This is a crime against

society that has devastated hundreds of American neighborhoods and tens of

thousands of American citizens, with the introduction of tons of cheap

cocaine.

The San Jose Mercury News series describes just how CIA agents

encouraged, used and protected drug kingpins for years on end. It tells

how the DEA, FBI, IRS, and even federal prosecutors, aided and abetted the

CIA and their network of protected drug runners in flooding American

neighborhoods with cheap cocaine.

The series accurately describes how and why crack-cocaine was

officially allowed to permeate our urban communities. The newspaper series

also clearly exhibits who is responsible and how public officials covered it

up over the years.

And why did federal officials do this to the American public? For

money! At first, the official excuse is, they did it so the CIA could fund

their secret army -- the Contras in Nicaragua. Then, quite obviously, they

did it for personal greed.

If you ever wanted proof of how mass quantities of illegal cocaine

continually enter the United States with near impunity, you have only to go

to the www.sjmercury.com/drugs page on the Internet and read the

documentation for yourself.

We owe a great debt of gratitude to Gary Webb for his fine research,

and also to the San Jose News for making this expose' available to everyone

via the Internet.

It is obvious that the Department of Justice, and most of the executive

branch of government was involved with this "national security" endeavor in

one way or another. National Security is the umbrella under which they

secretly imported tons of cocaine into the United States over a decade or

more. And National Security is still the term the administration uses today

to cover up those crimes against our society.

The lesson, clearly understood by anyone reading this series, is that

this "national security" farce touted by agents of the United States

government clearly has absolutely no relation to the everyday security of

the citizens of the United States. Rather, it functioned to the detriment

of millions of American citizens.

Still, do not expect anyone in government to have the intestinal

fortitude to seriously inquire into this matter.

THE CLINTON INVESTIGATION GOES WIDE

Word on the street has it that two more governors may be caught in the

web of the Arkansas drug running and money laundering misdeeds of the 1980s.

Where? Montana and Kentucky.

Part of this inquiry (the Kentucky segment) resulted from another

government sponsored illegal cocaine importing scheme located at Mena

Airport, Arkansas and pertains mostly to money laundering. The Montana

connection relates to drugs being imported into the United States through

Canada.

The Congressional Black Caucus is getting into the act, now. They're

asking the Attorney General and the White House to investigate the CIA's

involvement in trafficking of cocaine. But, that seems little more than an

election year ploy. One does not seriously ask the fox to guard the hen

house.

Regardless, for any Member of Congress representing the inner-city to

not know that this has been going on for at least a decade and a half, they

would have to be deaf and blind, as well as stupid. So, don't let them fool

you with their rhetoric. They all knew exactly what was going on. These

people just did not want to rock the boat and mess up their own gravy train.

Now it's been made public, so they must say something.

BIG BROTHER PERSONIFIED

Hillary Clinton is caught -- red handed, this time -- for ordering that

massive computer file on American citizens. Even the press is starting to

catch on. They should. They're in there too. So, now we know why all

those FBI files were ordered.

In all fairness, it is doubtful that Hillary Clinton knew that her

computer system has a "back door." Nor did she know that what she thought

to be her private files would soon be accessed by many. Vince Foster knew.

He ordered the software. But, he cannot talk anymore.

Soon, even Congress will realize the rest of the story. They'll soon

learn the computer system also easily accesses the Secret Service, FBI and

IRS computer systems. The beauty of the software they have installed is

that it can quickly produce useable files from all these sources of data.

That revelation should be very interesting reading when it hits the press.

PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE vs. JUSTICE

The Department of Justice is up to its old tricks again! Prosecutors

are conducting psychological warfare on any and all people involved in the

defense of the "militia" men accused of possessing pipe bomb components near

Atlanta, Georgia.

First, the home of an expert witness for the defense was raided --

without a warrant, he reports. Then a gag order was placed on the defense

attorneys and their investigators. Later, one of the defense attorneys was

busted for possession of cocaine. More recently, the lead defense attorney

was removed from the case.

A corrupt defense? No, not at all. The lead defense attorney recently

removed from the case is none other than Dr. Nancy Lord. Dr. Lord is both a

physician and an attorney. She was also the 1992 Libertarian Party

candidate for vice-president.

Word has it that the prosecution in this case is frantic. Most of

their evidence is circumstantial, at best, and even that was manufactured by

paid informants. Meanwhile, the accused remain incarcerated without bail.

So much for American justice!

Look for multi-million dollar lawsuits developing out of this fiasco.

BORK IS BACK

Robert Bork wrote another book. This time, he recommends that Congress

be provided the power to override Supreme Court decisions. He also proposes

strict censorship as a tool for providing a more moral society.

Judge Bork first made national news during his senate hearings for

Justice of the Supreme Court. Therein, he gave his reasoning for believing

that the Ninth and Tenth Amendments to the Constitution are "as meaningless

as an ink blot." Lately he was proven quite wrong, in that Justice Thomas,

and others, have found real meaning to the words making up the Tenth

Amendment.

Robert Bork, of course, was not approved for the high court.

THERE MAY WELL BE AN OCTOBER SURPRISE

The White House is putting the heat on Special Prosecutor Kenneth

Starr. One would think that they might know better, but as usual, their

hubris abounds.

Starr already has more than enough information to indict Hillary

Clinton and half of the White House senior personnel. And, as well they

should, even Congress is contemplating filing contempt charges on many in

the White House. Obfuscation is a favorite game in this administration.

Lying has been developed into an art-form there.

Some would think that a White House full of lawyers would know that

they can't get away with lying before a grand jury, or to Congress.

Obviously, they did not respect these two groups. Now, they should pay.

To put the heat on Starr does no more than accelerate the process.

ARMY READYING TO ATTACK CIVILIANS

One fear on the street is that the American military is readying to

attack American civilians. Many military bases throughout the country are

now cross training military personnel with civilian police in squad-fire and

assault tactics.

Worse, these military squad-fire and assault tactics have recently been

practiced in various urban areas throughout the country using live

ammunition.

Already, a core group of twenty to thirty mothers of active duty

military personnel have banded together to fight back. Their goal? They

request assurances from their children that they will not fire on American

citizens. They also request that all other mothers of military personnel

join them in doing the same.

Word has it that this mother's movement is quietly growing fast.

GEORGE HANSEN REVISITED

Rep. Jennifer Dunn (R-Wash.) is about to become the next George Hansen.

You remember Rep. Hansen, don't you? The short form of the story is that a

few years ago, he took on the IRS. The result? They put him in prison.

Rep. Dunn recently said publicly, "In the next four years, I want to make

life as hard on the IRS as they've made it on you." . . . "I will not

apologize for stating the obvious: the IRS is often overzealous, it does

often trample the rights of taxpayers, and it does deserve closer scrutiny."

Needless to say, the IRS is not pleased. Stay tuned for word of their

counteractions.

THE TAXPAYER BILL OF RIGHTS

Recently, Congress passed a bill known as the "Taxpayer's Bill of

Rights." Although the bill may help a few Americans, it does little or

nothing for most taxpayers.

The situation was best described by an off-the-cuff remark from an

elderly New York City Jewish woman: "We already have a Bill of Rights. Why

not that one?"

Indeed! That may easily be the best question yet addressed to this

session of Congress.

CLINTON ORDERS KIDS TO SPY ON ADULTS

What type of government would ask children to spy on adults? Our

Federal government, apparently.

The White house now says that states will be denied federal funding if

they do not use young teens as cops. The idea is to have kids attempt to

illegally purchase cigarettes (and alcohol) from stores.

One slight problem: In most states, it is against the law for children

to even attempt to purchase these substances. To make the activity legal,

state governments would first have to make the kids police officers.

Another interesting observation was mentioned: High School kids are

able to purchase illegal drugs much easier than cigarettes or alcohol. So,

why not use them for that, too?

The use of children to spy on adult activities is not a new concept, by

any means. Just such a proposal was implemented by another government

leader about fifty years ago. Anyone remember the Brown Shirts?

MILITIAS INFORM CONGRESS

Dozens of American citizen's militia groups joined together in

endorsing "The Alabama Declaration" earlier this month. The document is the

third in a series expressing the collective feelings of the groups to

selected Members of Congress and other government officials.

The Alabama Declaration is obviously intended to inform Congress that

these citizen's militia organizations do not, and will not, tolerate either

racism or terrorism, and it makes those points quite adamantly. It further

states the intent of the militia groups to "preserve, protect and defend the

Constitution of the United States against ALL enemies foreign and domestic."

The document is being received fairly well by all but the most

authoritarian in government. It is also interesting to note that many

non-militia American citizens have also stated an interest in signing on to

the Declaration.

UN-ELECTED OFFICIALS MAKE LAW

The Federal Reserve Board voted 6-0 to make car dealers disclose to

consumers in a single-page document how they calculate monthly lease

payments. The new rules, the Federal Reserve Board reported, are designed

to simplify car lease contracts.

Dealers will also have to tell lease customers the basic price of the

vehicle and list whatever penalties may be applicable for early termination

of the lease.

There was no indication given in the statement as to how a group of

unelected bankers were able to usurp part of Congress' Constitutional

authority to make all law.

OFFICIALS PUSHING STUPID TO THE MAX

Two Muslim women were arrested last week in Portsmouth, Va. while

walking to the grocery store. Their crime? It is against the law in

Virginia to wear a mask in public.

Apparently, Virginia still has an old law banning masks, which was

originally intended to stop the Ku Klux Klan boys from running the streets

in sheets and hoods. As can sometimes happen, a police officer

"misinterpreted" the law to mean all masks. . . .

The women were dressed in their traditional hijab, Muslim clothing that

includes veils covering their faces.

The officer apprehended the two women and informed them that they could

not wear masks in public. The women informed the officer that the veil is

part of their traditional dress.

"I don't care what you say," the officer ordered. "It's a mask, and

you can't wear it in the Commonwealth of Virginia."

When the women again refused to remove the veils, they were placed

under arrest and hauled off to jail. Cooler heads at the local lockup

released the women, and evidently explained a few things about civil rights

to the overzealous police officer. A public apology eventually resulted.

Information concerning the probable civil rights lawsuit is unavailable.
