VOTING FOR GORE
Many of the White Water grand jury indictments have been issued.
They have been typed and signed, then retyped and resigned. Now they are
ready to be released -- after the election.
Three good Washington sources say that "many" in the White House were
indicted for a number of crimes. No doubt! However, no one is leaking any
more information than that at this time.
That's a damn shame, too! Withholding that information from the
American voters seems itself to be an obstruction of justice. We voters not
only have a right to know, we also have the "need" to know -- and, before the
election. To not release the indictments is to be complaisant in allowing
known felons to be elected President and co-President of the United States.
If that is not a crime, it should be.
Then there is Al Gore, probably one of the stupidest men in
Washington. Hollywood has been working on Gore for nearly a year, doing their
best to make the White House fool publicly presentable. They did improve
him, but stupid still sneaks through anytime he is interviewed. He knows
the lines his coaches taught him, but little else.
Independent Prosecutor Kenneth Starr will be going after Gore next
year. Al Gore is involved in many of the illegal campaign contribution scams
currently in the news.
So, what will we have to look forward to if Clinton wins next week?
A lot of interesting legal action, that's what! In fact, if the Republicans
hold Congress, this action may get really hot and heavy. So much so, in
fact, that it could even blow the O.J. trial off of the newscasts. That, in
itself, will be a real blessing!
First, the new indictments will be announced. Hillary will get it
for sure, and many good legal minds in Washington believe Bill will also be
indicted. Bill Clinton will then pardon everyone involved. That leaves him
two choices: Resign the presidency, or wait to be impeached. He will
probably resign.
Two good legal minds in D.C. say that Clinton may be thinking of
declaring some type of national emergency. That would give him authority to
declare martial law before impeachment hearings can get started. That seems
a little far-fetched. But, if he did that before Congress can get started on
impeachment hearings, it could possibly work.
Under the war and emergency powers laws, he then becomes an American
dictator. Worse yet, by law, the emergency will not end until he personally
says it has ended. So, he could legally stay there forever.
Still, it sounds like these lawyers may have been drinking that
polluted D.C. water for too long. (Sorry guys.) Not even the Clintons would
do that.
Well? Would they?
When the Clintons leave, we get Al Gore as president. If we believe
his book, first on the Gore agenda will be an attack on our personal
automobiles. Al doesn't think we should have them. Automobiles pollute.
But wait! After the Clinton pardons, Kenneth Starr will have a lot
of free time on his hands. And he'll certainly have time to look into the
illegal campaign contribution and protection scheme the Clinton White House
ran for at least two years.
Say good by to Al Gore.

THE FBI AND RICHARD JEWELL
It is hard to believe that some Americans are surprised that the FBI
invented a bogus set of circumstances to apply for a search warrant on
Richard Jewell. This practice has been going on for years.
Consider the point of view of the FBI: Every agent's primary
responsibility is to make the Bureau look good publicly. There was a
bombing. People were hurt, and even killed by the bomb. The FBI was tasked
with finding the bomber. The Clinton Administration was putting pressure on
the FBI to get quick results. Richard Jewell was there, and almost fit one
of their silly profiles of a disgruntled citizen.
They needed a scapegoat to take the pressure off of the Bureau, so
they found one. They wrote a request for a search warrant based on very
dubious information. They presented it to a judge who would probably sign
a warrant for Mickey Mouse, if asked. Warrant in hand, the FBI went about
their business hassling Jewell -- and acting like they were solving a crime.
Evidence? Who needs evidence! The FBI, the judge and the prosecutor
all have immunity. They can make all of the "mistakes" they want. They can
incorrectly accuse anyone they wish. A citizen has no recourse.
Remember that. These are the cold hard facts of today's American
life. They have all of the power. If they want to come after you, under
the law, there is little or nothing you can do about it except to submit --
and hope the jury believes you when you are tried. Consequently, there are
only six words the average citizen need remember when speaking to an FBI
agent: "No comment," and "I want a lawyer."
Nothing will ever happen to anyone in law enforcement if they
wrongfully accuse. So, solely on the basis of rumor and innuendo, a search
warrant was obtained for Richard Jewell. No real facts or evidence of any
sort were necessary.
Worse yet, that all evidence the FBI found was exculpatory to Jewell
is also immaterial. They needed a body. They needed to show that they were
on top of the situation. Richard Jewell just happened to be available.
It should be no surprise to anyone that the expediency of federal law
enforcement supersedes the Constitutional rights of a citizen. That's the
way it has been for at least forty years. You see, folks, it is more
important for the FBI to look good publicly than for them to honor their
oath of office and protect the Constitutional rights of a citizen.
STONEING HISTORY
We all know the editorial liberties Oliver Stone took with his films
"Platoon," "JFK," and "Nixon." Now, American University in Washington, D.C.
offers "Oliver Stone: The Course" for credit. Stone will even be a guest
lecturer. That should dumb down the curriculum enough so today's high
school graduates can understand it.
"Oliver Stone has done more to shape popular attitudes toward U.S.
history than any filmmaker since John Ford," said Professor Peter Kuznick.

SUPPORTING THE TROOPS
Many of us still remember how the Clinton Administration put members
of our military in harms way in Somalia without proper back-up. That was the
type of situation that is inexcusable for the world's most powerful military
force. Americans died, simply because of the negligence and indifference of
those in the White House.
A new report describing the ambush of American Army personnel, and
the negligence of not sending adequate support, was just released on the

ASSAULTING LIBERTY
The Supreme Court recently let stand a precedent-setting ruling that
states may establish roadblocks for the chief purpose of intercepting illegal
drugs. This case of unreasonable searches and seizures developed because
Florida police stopped cars on the highway under the guise of drug
interdiction -- complete with drug-sniffing dogs to check the vehicles.
A federal district court judge was first to dismiss the lawsuit
brought by some of the motorists. The U.S. Court of Appeals in Atlanta also
agreed that this was not a violation of personal liberty. The appeals court
said the chief purpose of the operation was to intercept drugs, but ruled the
state also has the power to conduct roadblocks to check drivers' licenses
and vehicle registrations.
Evidently, the Fourth Amendment is now quite dead in that judicial
district of the United States. Citizens must now prove to proactive police
that they are not breaking the law. Truly, many federal judges need
retraining in the original intent of the United States Constitution. And/or,
they should be impeached as soon as possible.
To the Founding Fathers -- the authors of our Constitution -- the
word "Liberty" meant the right to move about and function in society as we
please. The only caveat being that we do not adversely affect the rights of
others in so doing. That meaning precedes the United States and is said to
be one of our inalienable rights guaranteed to all by the Constitution. No
judge has the right to redefine the meaning of Liberty, and we must tell
them so.
Reuters reported that the Supreme Court "sided with the state of
Florida, denying the appeal without any comment or dissent." Most probably,
the court was looking for a more definitive case to accept. Based on the
Wilson v. Arkansas search warrant opinion two years ago, it seems rather
unlikely the Supreme Court will allow this situation to continue for long.

PAID TO ATTEND SCHOOL
Did you know that your federal tax dollars are being spent to pay
Indian children to attend school? And no, it is not American Indian children
who are being paid. American tax dollars are paying children in India to go
to school.
Every year, the Clinton Administration is sending millions of our tax
dollars to pay children in India so they will not work, and instead can
attend school. Secretary of Labor Robert Reich, that unabashed socialist
from Harvard, claims that paying school kids in India not to work somehow
benefits our American economy.
How long will it be before we pay their parents welfare too?

Judiciary Committee at the time of the Nixon impeachment inquiry, I cannot
in good conscience vote to re-elect Bill Clinton. . . . Having long
