The candidate with no professional qualifications above writing as a general reporter for a medium sized newspaper formally gave it up last Wednesday evening. Or did he? On this end, it seemed his concession speech had a couple Clintonesque wiggle holes in it, just in case. He lies a lot, of course. So, we won't really know his plans for a while.
Let's face it folks, Al Gore was little more than a bookend on the wide shelf of corrupt players manipulated by the Clintons. Gore was but one spoke in the wheel of communists and/or national socialists making up today's Democratic Party. They tried to Blitzkrieg their way through this presidential election, then ultimately failed. The Constitution they so actively work to usurp ultimately worked to defeat their deviousness. In effect, Al Gore finally met some "controlling legal authority" and it got up and bit him.
If the whole truth is ever known, we will see that when all the voter fraud around the country is discounted, Gore lost the election by a wide margin. Because of close scrutiny, we know of their inventing votes in Florida through such tricks as dimpled and pregnant chads. What is not yet public information is how they also corrupted the process in many other areas of the country. Eventually, some of that will come out.
George W. Bush promises to be a "healer" for the nation. But there cannot be healing without an accurate diagnosis of the ailment. Because, before a proper diagnosis can made, each and every symptom of the syndrome must be identified and all potential causes of each symptom must be either ruled out or eradicated.
In the case of the body politic, there's a systemic infection caused by a variety of far left parasites. They are attempting to rewrite our founding documents, disparage our nation's Founding Fathers and make a mockery of the rule of law that made this country so great. They are dumbing down our children, institutionalizing the restraints of collectivism rather than the freedom of individualism and using multiculturalism as a club to stifle individual liberty.
Would healing the body politic include bringing these people into positions of honor in the new administration? I think not. While it is sometimes possible to fight parasitic diseases by adding yet another parasite, that is usually a local treatment and can be very dangerous when used for a systemic affliction.
We need honor and integrity in government. That will not happen by introducing more of the radical- left into administrative leadership positions. The healing of the body politic requires the leadership of those who respect our Constitution and its rule of law, not socialists who systematically work against it. We need quality leaders in every department of government -- leaders who will identify and isolate each illness in their particular department and institute an aggressive treatment schedule.
There are a few exceptions when an honorable Democratic leader could be quite beneficial to the healing of our country, though. For instance, we would feel comfortable nominating David P. Schippers, the Chief Investigative Counsel for the House Judiciary Committee, as the nation's Attorney General. Schippers could be just what the doctor ordered to clean out a lot of the crime and corruption so pervasive in Washington. He could also do quite a lot to alleviate the ever prevalent sickness of vote fraud, too.
George W. Bush will have but two short years to arrest the systemic sickness entrenched throughout our national government. He, of course, should not be personally involved in fighting that mess. Rather, Bush must appoint a small army of administrators who all agree that sterilizing the field of operation is among their most important duties.
Finally, we shall be rid of the contemptible Bill Clinton, Al Gore and company. We expect President Elect George W. Bush to lead with integrity and honor and hope he will respect his oath of office, which requires he obey the Constitution in all matters. We ask, too, that he leave his pardon pen locked up in some very safe place back in Texas for the next couple years.
Bush just had first hand experience with the pervasiveness of voter fraud in this country. That, and the laundering of campaign contributions and the Democratic Party's "walking around" money, must be addressed forthwith. Prosecutions are mandatory.
It looked like major media were announcing a funeral when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of Bush last week. I flipped through all the news channels provided on our new digital cable service and saw the same long faces on every program but Fox. It seems that the two reporteretts on Fox misread the Court's opinion and were showing their glee because they thought it favored Gore.
Nope, the media are not biased. Heck no. It's just that most of them are convinced all Republicans and/or conservatives are wrong.
It was even better after Gore made that so called concession speech. There were actually tears on many of the opulently made up faces of the media people then. Some were almost speechless while stifling sobs. But, oh no, they're not biased at all. They like the corruption of the Marxists. In the major media mindset, socialists are good. It's the people who want to steer American government back towards the course intended by the authors of the Constitution who are evil to most of major media's "journalists."
It didn't take long before the media people were provided with their new talking points. This time, as near as we can tell, the provided patter was laid out in an unsigned editorial which soon made its way to the Internet.(1) Within hours, various "professors" around the country were publicly relating the information and most of the talking heads were repeating it in one form or another. This, of course, makes us wonder if the Democratic Party and the White House developed this rhetoric or are taking their marching orders from a little organization (probably a front group) called the International Committee of the Fourth International (ICFI) -- the Socialist Equality Party.
Maybe we shouldn't really be surprised, though. This particular socialist group says it "represents the historical continuity of the political and theoretical struggle initiated by Leon Trotsky in 1923." They add that "Trotsky's life work culminated in the founding of the Fourth International in 1938, just two years before his assassination by a Stalinist agent."
In other related news, David McReynolds, who ran for president on the Socialist Party USA ticket, said last Wednesday that the nation owes Gore "a debt of thanks" for his attempt to overthrow the certified election results in Florida because that action brought attention to the Electoral College. "Gore won the popular vote and that gives new impetus to abolishing the Electoral College," McReynolds said.
Like Hillary, all of the socialist groups favor doing away with the Electoral College.
The Electoral College is their next target.(2)(3) Rep. Charles Rangel (D-NY) told CNN that he would "strongly support" a move by Gore supporters to go after George W. Bush's electors. "I don't see that America is so anxious to close this saga until we fully appreciate everything that has taken place. One thing we know is that Al Gore got the popular votes. We have every reason to believe that he won Florida as well," Rangel said.
No mention, though, about the voter fraud in most major cities. Nor was Rangel asked why nothing is being done about all the Democratic Party campaigning in churches or the millions of dollars in unaccounted for campaign funds the Democratic Party used as "walking around" money.
Another useful idiot, Jesse Jackson, is also calling Bush's victory "illegitimate." Jackson says the Supreme Court acted as "a willing tool of the Bush campaign" and "orchestrated a questionable velvet legal coup." He is also suggesting demonstrations and/or riots in Washington when George W. Bush is sworn in as President next month. Many of the far left groups from the "battle in Seattle" WTO demonstrations plan to cause trouble then, too -- if they can find funding.(4)
So he wants a riot, eh?
Well, I remember riots. I was in two of them. Nasty business, that.
Back in Detroit, I was ordered to go down where all the action was and make the insurgents (street punks) stop shooting at the firemen who were trying to keep the whole city from burning. The instructions were to not shoot anyone unless it was necessary.
Try that. They get to shoot, but we were not to shoot them. And me with a pasty face and six foot three, two-hundred and thirty five pound frame in the middle of a few hundred Black folks raising hell. Big target.
Inconvenient.
However, the trusty twelve gauge shooting steel double-ought ball bearings made short work of their hiding places. That made many of the shooters want to move on in short order. My partner yelled at me enough so I finally put one of those big old flack vests on. Glad I did, too. Something hit me just above belly level. I still have a scar on my thigh from that experience, too.
Jessie wants to make a riot, huh?(1) Well, let me tell that old race baiting, poverty pimping fool that hundreds of people died in the two riots I saw. Sure, press accounts put the number in the teens. But, I saw more than a hundred cycled through the morgue every day and there were more at the fairgrounds.
The instigators of the big riot were white communists and socialists. The dead were black young men and some firemen. No one remembers the real reason for all that anymore.
But, I still remember that riot. I remember it like it was last week. It was a war, and everyone lost. Nothing was decided from it. Nothing changed, except a lot of inner-city blocks were torched and are still vacant. No one benefited. Lots of young men died.
Why?
No reason.
They gave a riot and lots of riffraff came to participate. No purpose. Just something to do. But, for many, that was the last thing they did.
Stupid.
My brother tried to take the bus home from work and was almost killed in a drive-by shooting. The Army picked him up and delivered him to a "safe" area. And so it was with many people. The buses didn't run there during the riots. Therefore, people standing on the streets were easy targets.
Jesse wants a riot, eh?
Who's paying him? The Gore Campaign committee, maybe? The Democratic National Committee?(2)
We are told that Jesse Jackson talks with Al Gore nearly every day. Al Gore had to hear about Jesse talking up a riot -- thinking about instigating. Is there a conspiracy here? Sure looks that way.
Are the socialist-Democrats all that desperate for power or do they really hate the American public that much?
Riots are not good. People get killed. Homes and businesses get ruined. Lives are drastically disrupted. It's a bad business for everyone around.
Jesse Jackson wants to incite a riot? Why isn't he arrested? Maybe people have to get killed first. Maybe many city blocks have to be burned first. Maybe he gets a pass for instigating a riot because he calls himself a reverend. Or, maybe it's because he's a Democratic Party useful idiot. Still, it could be because he's black.
None of these reasons are very good excuses for inciting street punks to riot. None sound like a reason for giving Jackson a free pass, either. Yet, they did. He was not arrested. Worse, the leaders of the Democratic Party agree with him and encourage him.
Like the Bolsheviks, the socialist leaders of the Democratic Party will say and do anything to gain power -- or to disrupt. Apparently, that even includes sending kids out to get killed in riots.(3)
A twelve gauge pump loaded with double- ought is what is handy for riots. Not to kill people, but to remove their hiding places and force them to disperse quickly. Those very expensive guns most riot police have nowadays are nothing compared to the cheapest twelve gauge pump loaded with the proper ammunition.
Protect yourself officer. But, also remember that everyone you see on the street will not be involved in the Democratic Party sanctioned riots. The person you are looking at could be someone like my brother -- just trying to get home from work.
If we had any honest adults in government, this problem would be nipped in the bud. Because, anyone threatening riots would instantly be arrested.
Lest we forget, below are some of the crimes committed against the people of the United States by Clinton, Clinton & Gore and their minions. Some were only committed a few times, others over 200 times, and still others are ongoing criminal enterprises. Violation of any one of these laws would be enough to indict and convict any normal citizen.
Are Democrats above the law? Not if public outcry is strong enough.
2 USC 441e makes it "unlawful for a foreign national directly or through any other person to make any contribution of money or other thing of value, or to promise expressly or impliedly to make any such contribution, in connection with an election to any political office or in connection with any primary election, convention, or caucus held to select candidates for any political office; or for any person to solicit, accept, or receive any such contribution from a foreign national." Yet, Al Gore, Ron Brown, Senator Chris Dodd, John Huang, a couple dozen Members of Congress, and quite a few others at the Democratic National Committee headquarters knowingly and actively solicited and accepted funds from foreign nationals. It's not just China, either. Israel, Japan, Taiwan, Paraguay, and Indonesia count, too. Also, lobbyists representing foreign concerns regularly contribute to campaign funds and political parties.
2 USC 441f states that: "No person shall make a contribution in the name of another person or knowingly permit his name to be used to effect such a contribution, and no person shall knowingly accept a contribution made by one person in the name of another person." That would include those fifty-some fictitious contributors whose addresses are all listed as the DNC headquarters, Gore's fund-raiser at the Buddhist Temple, all of Johnny Chung's campaign contributions, and the activities of at least 53 other Clinton campaign workers. It also brings to mind all those campaign contributions made by special interest lobbyists.
18 USC 600 states that, "Whoever, directly or indirectly, promises any employment, position, compensation, contract, appointment, or other benefit, provided for or made possible in whole or in part by any Act of Congress, or any special consideration in obtaining any such benefit, to any person as consideration, favor, or reward for any political activity or for the support of or opposition to any candidate or any political party in connection with any general or special election to any political office, or in connection with any primary election or political convention or caucus held to select candidates for any political office, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both."
This would include Bill and Hillary Clinton, Al Gore, Harold Ickes, Senator Chris Dodd, and a whole cast of characters in the Commerce Department and the DNC. This law is unenforceable because the activity is the mainstay of campaign finance politics. Even regulatory agencies are guilty of this one. In fact, most of Washington, including the media, is guilty.
18 USC 602 states: "It shall be unlawful for . . . a person receiving any salary or compensation for services from money derived from the Treasury of the United States; to knowingly solicit any contribution within the meaning of section 301(8) of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 from any other such officer, employee, or person. Any person who violates this section shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 3 years, or both." Many in Congress violate this law regularly.
18 USC 603 states that: "It shall be unlawful for an officer or employee of the United States or any department or agency thereof, or a person receiving any salary or compensation for services from money derived from the Treasury of the United States, to make any contribution within the meaning of section 301(8) of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to any other such officer, employee or person or to any Senator or Representative in, or Delegate or Resident Commissioner to, the Congress, if the person receiving such contribution is the employer or employing authority of the person making the contribution. Any person who violates this section shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both." Clinton, Clinton & Gore violated this law, as have most Members of Congress -- it's common even on the floor of the House.
18 USC 607 makes it "unlawful for any person to solicit or receive any contribution within the meaning of section 301(8) of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 in any room or building occupied in the discharge of official duties by any person mentioned in section 603, or in any navy yard, fort, or arsenal. Any person who violates this section shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both." That includes Bill, Hillary and Al "dialing for dollars" from the White House as well as the nearly 200 campaign functions held there. Also Harold Ickes soliciting union money from the White House.
18 USC 1001 states that: "Whoever, in any matter within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the United States knowingly and willfully falsifies, conceals or covers up by any trick, scheme, or device a material fact, or makes any false, fictitious or fraudulent statements or representations, or makes or uses any false writing or document knowing the same to contain any false, fictitious or fraudulent statement or entry, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both." Currently, this does not seem to apply to Congressional investigations, though. Many of the people appearing before Congressional committees lie, and nothing is ever done about it. It does seem to include the Election Commission, however. Probably the Office of the Independent Counsel, too.
18 USC 1510 states that: "Whoever willfully endeavors by means of bribery to obstruct, delay, or prevent the communication of information relating to a violation of any criminal statute of the United States by any person to a criminal investigator shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned not more than five years, or both." That would include just about everyone in the White House and quite a few in Congress. In fact, the White House hired at least 35 (taxpayer paid) lawyers specifically to run interference in the campaign finance investigation, as well as the many other investigations. Bribery, blackmail and intimidation are the favored tactics of the Clinton & Gore White House.
18 USC 1956 states that: "(a)(1) Whoever, knowing that the property involved in a financial transaction represents the proceeds of some form of unlawful activity, conducts or attempts to conduct such a financial transaction which in fact involves the proceeds of specified unlawful activity," and, "(A)(i) with the intent to promote the carrying on of specified unlawful activity; or (ii) with intent to engage in conduct constituting a violation of section 7201 or 7206 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986; or (B) knowing that the transaction is designed in whole or in part - (i) to conceal or disguise the nature, the location, the source, the ownership, or the control of the proceeds of specified unlawful activity; or (ii) to avoid a transaction reporting requirement under State or Federal law, shall be sentenced to a fine of not more than $500,000 or twice the value of the property involved in the transaction, whichever is greater, or imprisonment for not more than twenty years, or both."
That would include Bill and Hillary Clinton, Al Gore, Harold Ickes, John Huang, Chris Dodd, the leadership at the DNC, and quite a few Clinton appointees. It also includes members of the Teamsters Union and the AFL-CIO -- at least three of the union perpetrators already admitted their guilt in court and agreed to help prosecutors.
18 USC 4 makes illegal the misprision of felony. This law states: "Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both."
Guilty of misprision of felony are Hillary and Al; Harold Ickes and every other publicly paid lawyer in the White House; most of Congress for protecting Senator (and then DNC Chairman) Chris Dodd and other Members of Congress for involvement in and knowledge of laundering foreign campaign funds; and the FBI, CIA, NSA and Justice Department for looking the other way for over four years. Not only did the federal spook agencies and FBI know about the Red Chinese intentions years ago, they told five Members of Congress they knew. Then, they dummied up and allowed White House involvement.
18 USC 3 makes Accessory after the fact a felony: "Whoever, knowing that an offense against the United States has been committed, receives, relieves, comforts or assists the offender in order to hinder or prevent his apprehension, trial or punishment, is an accessory after the fact." This one includes most of the White House and half of Congress.
18 USC 242 makes it illegal for a government official to deprive rights under color of law: "Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, . . . shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both."
This would include the White House causing IRS problems for detractors. It would also include the White House "secret police" investigations of Starr, Thompson, Burton, Larry Klayman of Judicial Watch, Linda Tripp, and a large number of others.
18 USC 241 makes the participation in a conspiracy to violate someone's rights a felony: "If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; . . . they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both."
Violating this law is common by the Clinton, Clinton & Gore team. From intimidating women during the "bimbo eruption" exercise to causing "visits" by federal agents and regulators, both 18 USC 241 and 18 USC 242 were intentionally violated hundreds of times. The popular press overflowed with occurrences, but nothing was ever done about it. Nor will it be. Many in Congress think this is the way government is supposed to be operated.
18 USC 219 states that: "Whoever, being a public official, is or acts as an agent of a foreign principal required to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938 or a lobbyist required to register under the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 in connection with the representation of a foreign entity, as defined in section 3(6) of that Act shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than two years, or both." That includes those thousands of administration bureaucrats actively involved in imposing UN and UNESCO directives on the American public. It appears that John Huang secretly helped the administration by representing China while working at the Commerce Department. Others obviously did the same from the background.
Those in government know very well that, without "special arrangements," the Department of Justice will not arrest even one public official for any of the above laws. Else, the finger pointing would start, and most of the officials in Washington could ultimately be indicted. Instead, Justice picked up a couple of the minor players and charged them with relatively lesser crimes.
Worse, because so many of the Washington elite were guilty of one or more of these felonies, Congress actually found it necessary to discuss many of these matters behind closed doors -- like the China connection fiasco.
