FLYING THEIR POLITICAL COLORS

Last Thursday, House Democrats elected Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) as House Minority Leader. Pelosi won the minority leader position on a 177-29 vote.

That is, only 29 House Democrats voted against her. Clearly, 177 agree with her positions. This is a very important point. Because, now we can define, specifically, what the House Democrats are and what they stand for.

Money is the life-blood of politics. Like Hillary in the Senate, Pelosi capitalized on that. In so doing, Pelosi bought her position within the Democratic Party. According to Opensecrets.org(1), Pelosi set up her own PAC and quickly became a major campaign contributor to other candidates. Just through her PAC alone, she donated more than $1-million to other Democrats. She also gave another $200,000 to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, which is the House Democrats' main fund-raising arm.

All that is legal, in a perverted Washington sort of way, so let's pass on that for now. This story gets much better.

Pelosi is also an officer in yet another group of interest: The Congressional Progressive Caucus(2). Fifty-some members of the House also belong to the Progressive Caucus and herein is part of what drives and defines the Democratic Party.

The Progressive Caucus is actually a part of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA). Their web page was even hosted by DSA till we (and others) exposed them a few years ago(3). There is still a copy available, too(4). Currently, their web page is hosted by the avowed socialist Rep. from Vermont, Bernie Sanders.

According to them: "DSA is the largest US affiliate of the Socialist International (SI), the worldwide organization of 140 socialist, social democratic and labor parties. The SI has the distinction of being the largest political organization in the world."

Some folks might correctly remember that the SI membership included well known politicians like Josef Stalin, Friedrich Engels, V.I. Lenin, and Leon Trotsky. That probably explains why so many of the planks of the Communist Manifesto(5) are included in the Democratic Party's platform and are the expressed goals of the Congressional Progressive Caucus.

Again, they prove that with their own words. The think tank of the Progressive Caucus is The Progressive Challenge -- The Institute for Policy Studies(6). The progressive Challenge bills itself as: "Linking grassroots activists, scholars, and the Congressional Progressive Caucus toward a multi-issue movement for fairness and justice for all." It is also part of the DSA.

As their introduction states: "The Congressional Progressive Caucus, the Institute for Policy Studies and countless national and community organizations and citizens around the country have been fighting tirelessly for a Fairness Agenda for America -- for a redirecting of national priorities toward fairness and economic justice." Their "Fairness Agenda" comes as close to calling for the implication of all planks of the Communist Manifesto (those not already written into law) as they dare at the moment.

The Progressive Caucus and Progress Challenge support the Transnational Institute(7), which has yet another interesting take on socialism in the United States.

Among Nancy Pelosi's ideological views are everything one would expect from a socialist activist. She favors "abortion" at birth, a higher minimum-wage and higher CAFE standards but has opposed tax cuts of nearly every kind. She also opposed trade promotion authority, even though the California economy thrives on exports. Clearly, she is far to the left of 90% of the American population, which means this is going to be a very interesting two years to watch.

Now . . . here's where the fun comes in: Rep. Nancy Pelosi was elected to the leadership of the Democratic Party in the House. Which means, she was put forth by the membership to represent their ideology. We should remember that and depict her ideals and antics as representative of the Party as a whole.

Therefore, if once a month everyone reading this newsletter picked just one little aspect of any of her many deviations from her oath of office to support the Constitution as written and fired off a short letter to their local newspaper editor, the results would be phenomenal by 2004.

Clearly, this action by the House Democrats has given Republicans a great leg up in the next election. Still, we should all help spread the word to others who may not be paying close attention.

Meanwhile, thank your local Democrat. We greatly appreciate them finally marching under their correct colors.

INTERESTING POLITICAL NEWS

From my ears to the newsletter: The "Motor City Madman," rock guitar legend Ted Nugent, made a very interesting statement on a Detroit radio interview last Tuesday. Nugent said that if the current crop of Michigan politicians do not straighten up within the next couple years, yes, he will run for governor.

Michigan's governor elect Jennifer Granholm is but a socialist, defended by unions, liberal teacher's associations and groups working to keep the racial divide stirred up. Half of the radio and TV spots run for Granholm in the Southeastern Michigan area were little more than racially divisive propaganda.

Democratic poll workers in the City of Detroit got caught with an "extra" 150,000 "registered voters" -- people which, for one reason or another, do not exist in Detroit -- and, needless to say, received a massive influx of absent-T ballots again. The City Clerk's office was not able to count the few primary ballots for many weeks, if they ever did. Yet, they say they counted all the general election ballots in one night. Right. Sure they did. . . . .

Ted, if you really want to run for governor, here sits an experienced campaign worker who would consider helping. Run as a Republican and I will bring many campaign workers to the table. Run as an Independent and there will still be a few experienced people interested. Enough said on that for now.

In another matter, the Fascists are coming. Truly, the federal government plans a total violation of our right to Liberty by setting up random roadblocks around Southeastern Michigan, anywhere and anytime they wish, to stop people and demand their papers.

Having visited Berlin a couple times in the 1960s, I am quite familiar with that concept. Come to think of it, I remember being told back then that one reason we were in the Army was to fight exactly that type of totalitarian government practices.

This is, of course, a test program to see how it will be accepted. Their plan is to put this program in place all over the United States, beginning with the areas closest to the borders.

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated. . . " the Fourth Amendment reads. No law, rule or regulation can overrule those words. They are very easy for all to understand. Therefore, we expect all government officials to honor them one-hundred percent. No exceptions.

We think that any government officials instituting this plan should be arrested for illegally violating the liberty of American people under color of law. That's two to five in prison and they deserve it.

The FBI wants the BATF disbanded -- as far as guns are concerned, anyway. It may happen, too. Probably will. But, there are still a few little matters the FBI should answer for. Outwardly killing all those people at Waco is one outstanding problem. Lying in court (the FBI lab scam) is another. We remind folks that all the people convicted with tainted evidence are still in prison and none of those in the FBI who intentionally lied in court are. Are we sure we want these guys as a national police force? Perhaps they better do a little house cleaning before we talk about stuff like that.

Back on Capitol Hill, Dick Gephardt now knows he's a loser and will give up his minority leader position. In the Senate, Tom Daschle was momentarily challenged for minority leader by Ted Kennedy's old buddy Chris Dodd. Some may remember Dodd when he was also DNC chairman and took all that communist Chinese money to help the Clinton campaign and other Democrats. The Democrats had to keep Dodd out of sight for a couple years after that, lest someone in the media question him about it. Dodd is just as much of a socialist as anyone in the Senate and makes a good match for Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) becoming minority leader in the House. She's a card carrying member of the socialist Progressive Caucus. He may not carry a membership card to a socialist organization but adamantly supports all socialist programs.

Truly, it seems we owe the Democrats a debt of gratitude. By putting all their most obvious socialists out front, they make it easy for the American people to see what their party represents. Which means, in 2004, voters will know exactly what choice to make.

INSIDIOUS AMERICAN TERRORISM

The terrorist news is getting a little thin for the newscasters lately. Instead of action news, they're relegated to reporting baloney about Osama bin Laden: Bin Laden is dead. Bin Laden is alive. Ben Laden is sick. Ben Laden is hiding. Etc., etc.

This stuff is as boring for the American public as it must be for the news reporters. One little Predator drone firing one little Hellfire missile trumps any terrorist leadership meeting all to hell. Look for that to happen soon. And, if bin Laden is alive, he will not be then.

Meanwhile, we have real terrorism right here, under our noses, that all those in government and the liberal media intentionally overlook.

The definition of "terrorism" is quite simple to understand: "The unlawful use or threatened use of force or violence by a person or an organized group against people or property with the intention of intimidating or coercing societies or governments, often for ideological or political reasons."

So, when foreigners illegally come to this country and form illegal enterprises, cause violence, destroy property, and intimidate whole segments of our society, we may safely label them as terrorists.

Furthermore -- I don't know this for fact, but it's a good educated guess -- when foreigners come here with the intention of lobbing off a huge part of our country to reform as their own, most Americans would unequivocally class them as terrorists. In fact, some of us would also call them subversive combatants. That's because they are conspiring to conduct a type of war against the American people.

Here's one case in point: In 1997, Ernesto Zedillo publicly told the National Council of La Raza: "I have proudly affirmed that the Mexican nation extends beyond the territory enclosed by its borders and that Mexican migrants are an important -- a very important -- part of this."

We might mention that Ernesto Zedillo was President of Mexico at the time and he was speaking to the group in Chicago. Zedillo went on to say, "For this reason, my government proposed a constitutional amendment to allow any Mexican with the right and the desire to acquire another nationality to do so without being forced to first give up his or her Mexican nationality."

What Zedillo was doing was supporting a Mexican government approved invasion -- "la reconquista" -- of the United States by legal and illegal aliens. His intent was that Mexicans with dual citizenship vote for Mexico's interests while here.

What Zedillo knew full well was that many in the La Raza group plan to reclaim a large part of the American Southwest, California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Texas. Hispanic activists already call that area Aztlan. They say it was Mexican territory and they want it back.

Where does the actual terrorism come in? Easy. Mexico is sending us its riffraff in the form of illegal aliens. That is very obvious to anyone wanting to open their eyes and see.

Walk any barrio in the United States any warm evening. There are over ten-million illegal Hispanics living here. Some do real work and act like productive members of society. Nonetheless, they are still illegal.

A significant amount of the illegal population are involved in various illegal enterprises. Our prisons are full of them. They help other illegals immigrate, sell them false documents, find them homes and get them jobs. They are also occupied importing illegal drugs into our country. These are some of the very same illegal drugs sold to American children near schools throughout our nation.

Did we get to the terrorism yet? Then consider that murder, rape, robbery, larceny, car theft, assault and battery, and dozens of other crimes against people are pandemic in the neighborhoods frequented by these people. How many Americans do these illegals kill and/or pollute with drugs every year?

Isn't it terrorism when American citizens fear for their lives when they have to enter certain neighborhoods controlled by feral illegal aliens? If not, at what point do the violent activities of illegal aliens become terrorism?

We are being invaded. They come a few at a time, but their numbers are now in the millions. It is the responsibility of the federal government to protect us against invasion and it is time we voters start demanding federal officials start performing.

If Republicans want the vote of good Hispanic Americans, the best way to get it is to show them something beneficial. Clearing out the barrios of all violent illegal aliens would be a great start.

We should inform our government that, until all illegals are gone, we expect to see daily convoys of busses taking them back to Mexico. Else, a good many elected officials will be gone in two years.

They are, after all, a type of terrorist -- and many of them seem to be quite well organized against us.(1)
