At 8:00 AM on Friday April 10th, 1998, the Snohomish County Sheriff's Dept. rousted Gordon Rogers, a man in the mid seventies, from his bed to eject him from his home in south Everett, Washington. Mr. Rogers put up a powerful fight in which several Snohomish County judges have admitted through acquiescence that they were under the thumb of the so called IRS and are guilty of conspiracy and fraud in relation to theft of property from citizens of Washington state. These admissions are now a part of the court and public record for every one to see, if they would only take the time to see for themselves.

It is only through those several judges illegal and treacherous acts in the so called Superior Courts of Washington state that he was ejected from his home of many, many years. Mr. Rogers is now temporarily among the ever growing number of the homeless in this great land of plenty. This brave, energetic, and valiant senior citizen's case has brought a number of interesting points of law to light. One of which is the fact that the statues of Washington state indicate that the Unlawful Detainer process of eviction, under the Land Lord Tenant act, is not applicable in matters of sale of real property by the so called IRS. The only statute that concerns itself with this type of matter is the Common Law Ejectment.
The problem still remains that the law, as it is written, means nothing to the corrupt courts of this Great land of free and thebrave, and this is where all our efforts should be in the future.
