HelBil means the Democrats' HR 3590-Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act
The HelBil will probably plunge America into bankruptcy and into a dictatorship.
There exists no way to pay back the $trillion debt it will dump on the people.

President Reagan left us with information that can save this country this week. Time is now. You can carry on this work. I have the documentation, you have the voice to the people.
PPSS – Grace Commission Report
President Reagan determined that not one thin dime of IRS tax money reached Congress to pay the bills. Our tax money was flown off to Never-Never Land. The commission was titled President's Private Sector Survey. It is also known as the Grace Commission Report after chairman Pete Grace. It is notable that the entire project was financed privately and did not cost the tax payers a dime. That alone is a credit to President Reagan.
One would be, by necessity, blind, not to see that the pending health bill will dump a trillion dollars on the American people with no mechanism to pay the debt. That enormous a debt burden could easily bankrupt the United States and plunge us into a hopeless dictatorship. Not even a North Dakota farmer could make that plant grow.
President Reagan could have balanced the national budget, but then, as now, Congress was not listening. No reason is apparent to believe Congress might have righted itself since the Reagan years. Things could only have gotten worse.
In my study are the first 600 pages hard copy of the 23,000 page PPSS report. I wanted to see with my own eyes that the report existed.

The United States has become a Socialist Republic. History states that all socialist governments decay into totalitarianism, which is a police state, which is a dictatorship. You may experience difficulty in finding the PPSS in NTIS. When I was last visiting the site, Clinton was in the way. It was almost certainly Hillary's War Room popping up instead of the NTIS. But by golly I pierced that maze and reached the NTIS. One certainly can expect more interference today.

I bought hard copy paper for a reason: I wanted to hold it in my hands. Today I suggest digital copy if it is available. Otherwise get the microfiche. That is where I first located the report at the San Jose State University Library in California.
I have been researching and trying to save this country for my kids, and now my grandkids, for over 30 years. I have failed so far, mainly because I can not reach the people. One guy simply can not do it alone. It will take millions.

I have failed to reach the people. They are controlled by a mainstream media that leans so for left they walk sideways. You have been successful at reaching out with a conservative view.
Your taking my well documented message and running with it could save the country this week. Time is of the essence. That foreboding HelBil must be stopped.
My letter is legal and commits no crimes. It just asks Congress for some answers, yes, no, and show me.

Only the masses can save their country. But someone must penetrate the walls of the mainstream media to reach them. You have successfully accomplished that feat.
