Forest Glen Durland states that the Federal Reserve System is the worst financial and political scandal in American history, if not all history. The Ninth Circuit Court in San Francisco, California has ruled that the Federal Reserve System is at least partially operated for private gain.

Forest Glen Durland declares that it is not his intent to further bankrupt his native country, the United States of America. He does intend to spend the rest of his life, as needed, abolishing the Federal Reserve System. If necessary, he will instigate legal action to remove the Federal Reserve System from power, and hereby reserves that right, preventing any other person or party from attempting to collect pertinent whistle blowing money or rewards.
