Statement of Policy
What you read here is the stark naked truth. I have written what I have observed. If my writing seems rude and aggressive, it is because what I have uncovered is mercilessly offensive. This requires a frank pen, especially to a society who has been lulled into sightless complacency by the Sirens of money. I am dedicated to reporting what I see, and what I see is seriously ominous.
I hope you will be terribly disturbed by what you read here, for, it seems, that is my only hope for getting your attention. All Americans must stand, united, soon, or witness disastrous results all too soon.
There is hope and I am optimistic. I am happy that I have identified what appears to be the only solution available to us common folks. Fortunately, that solution is simple, practical and powerful. It is something we can do, but it is also something we all must do.

The banklords have a throttle hold1 on the American people and their economy. Thorough scholarly research has isolated them as the cause of our yo-yo economy, our poverty and the loss of home life in America. This Jolly Tax web site supports these statements as well as the only practical solution available to us regular people.
The billionaire banklords have us all trapped in an economic box canyon. There is only one trail out. Fortunately, that single trail is a good trail that is simple to follow. But three chores must be done before we can hike out.
Three tasks must be accomplished before any change will be made in the merciless control the billionaire banklords force onto us American people.
- 1. The American people must stand as one and
- force Congress to respond to the people.
2. Congress must be forced to
- remove all National Emergency powers
- from the president and vice-president.6,7
3. Congress must be forced to
- create needed money and cease borrowing.
Until these three tasks are done, all else will be in vain. I repeat:
all else will be wasted effort!
To implement these two tasks, all people must set aside all other personal preferences and unite to do these chores. Set aside your religious goals, your accusations, your grievances. Focus your newsletters, radio talk shows and web pages on these goals. Keep it simple and forceful.
Working separately we are divided and playing right into the hands of the billionaire banklords that control us, for it is most likely that the banklords succeed by causing us people to fight amongst ourselves. Therefore, it is imperative and most sensible that we do the opposite.
After we get our country back, then return to your personal goals and the goals of your organization. At that time, and most probably not before, you will have a country in which to achieve your worthwhile goals. But until that time, please understand that you will not even dent the billionaire banklords working separately. We must all get our act together in one simple and united thrust if we are to bend our Congress to cut off a most powerful force in the world today - the power of money that is completely controlled by the billionaire banklords.
And we must remain peaceful.
We just want our country back.
Our national motto states that United We Stand, Divided We Fall.......E Pluribus Unum used to mean "one of many".
One of our Founding Fathers, during the course of developing our documents of independence, stated something to the effect that we must hang together, or we would most certainly hang separately. That advice appears to be true again today. A most interesting parallel can be drawn across the centuries between the situations. At the time of our revolution for independence from England, the Bank of England controlled the English Parliament. Becoming concerned over the success of Franklin's debt free Colonial Scrip, the bank caused Parliament to outlaw the Colonial Scrip. Within a year, poverty became rampant in the Colonies. For that reason Benjamin Franklin1 stated that the Bank of England caused the Revolutionary War, not the Boston Tea Party. Today, powerful IBLs (International Banklords) control the American government. Various American statesmen and authors have reported on this situation. Today it is the large and powerful banking families that we must counter to return control of America to us people. It was banks centuries ago, and it is banks today. We people must look behind the scenes to realize how the billionaire banklords retain control over the centuries, regardless of all else, including war. They simply sit back, pull the strings and rake in our tax money. Small world, isn't it?

To regain control of this country, we people must unite and make it known to our Congressional Representatives that Congress will remove Emergency Powers from the White House, and will create needed money, but not too much, as instructed by our Constitution, and never borrow again. If Congress can not follow the will of us people, their respective, political butts must be booted out so we can vote in someone that will!

We all know the atrocities that OUR government is inflicting on us. We should also be sensible enough to know that we do not have evidence to prove it in court. Those governing us are so powerful that evidence can be easily be destroyed. But if overwhelming circumstantial evidence shows us a picture most probably true, then we must act. But we should NOT waste time with accusations. Simply fix the problem at its root. After fifteen years of tedious thought, research and study I have isolated the billionaire banklords as the merciless culprits behind the most of the worst of all our problems. The sages have stated, and it is now evident, that
controls all people and most things.
How do we know we heard what our friend actually said?
With the media controlled by the billionaire banklords, we do have a problem. But we do have means available over the telephone lines and with the U. S. Mail.

The powerful and ruthless billionaires banklords will not lay down and die like sheep. They will fight like cornered tigers that control all the firepower and the courts.
There is the only one path to a solution left to us people.
The obvious and simple, and only, place to start is for Congress to remove all National Emergency Powers from the White House and create needed money instead of borrowing it. All people must be encouraged to politely demand that Congress create, not borrow.
For when you folks notice that our federal government can be financed without debt and taxes, you will ask why we even have a national debt. When you notice that there is always plenty of interest free money for reasonable purposes, you will ask why the shortage and high rates and fees.
The billionaire banklords privately own the Federal Reserve System and privately operate it in secret for private gain. Therein is the source of the most of the worst of our problems. Please read on.
Oh, yes. You must register and vote. Politicians are smart enough to check the voter rolls. If your name is not there, they will know you are merely blowing off steam and will forget you even called. And please note:
Your voice does count. You are the American government.
